Music City Coffees

Girlfriend enjoyed it. I do not care for people who advertise one flavor online then when you get there they don't have it. Then they tell you this one is just like it and you tell them it isn't. So no ice cream for me. Please either update your website or label your ice cream correctly.

The experience was painful, and the ice cream was bad. Not a single person finished their ice cream in the group.

Was disappointed. I love Caney fork, who owns this place. The regular cones were stale. The staff was very friendly and have many options for ice cream. Glad I went but will not go back

Staff were too busy putting on their own musical to help anyone. Then acted annoyed when coffee was ordered. Coffee is great but service could definitely be improved.

Had ice cream cone of caramel cheesecake. Was excellent. Not a bad price for the size

I have been here a few times and the ice cream is always good. The staff tries their best but it always seems that they are a bit understaffed and are not quite trained enough to know what they are doing.

Amazing customer service great cream

Basic ice cream, not any better than Kroger. I asked for a decaf coffee, employee had no idea what "decaf" meant so didn't get to try the coffee.
