Cute little tea shop. Their selection of teas is great. It's super easy to smell the teas, and the signs for each tea group are helpful and informative. We ended up ordering a cup of the tea we were interested in before committing to a bag.
The Boba tea is good and my favorite part is you can choose the sweetness level. There's seating inside and nearby outside. Highly recommended.

Ok so the other day, I ran out of my staple herbal teas and it had been DAYS since I was able to drink my nightly cup of tea. I was freaking out trying to find a way to get some herbal tea delivered to me but I couldn’t find anything. UNTIL. I found y’all!! Last night (at like 1 am, lol) I panick ordered a bunch of teas from you guys. And I’m so glad I did!! I just recieved the teas today and I couldn’t be happier. Everything I’ve tried so far is AMAZING and you can definitely tell these are very well-made teas. Totally worth the price and I just LOVE that you can make an order online and have it sent to you! Don’t miss this place! It’s tucked away down a cute path behind local shops and the coffee is smooth and delicious. We tried one coffee with coconut and dark chocolate that was subtle and just right for the AM. The honey and cinnamon was equally yummy. They have tea drinkers more than covered with dozens of fresh brews - no more missing High Garden! Not much food, but a few fresh pastry options.

This place is beyond good — it’s medicinal. It’s one of my favorite coffee/tea shops PERIOD — ANYWHERE. Why? The quality of the ingredients are primo — tea and coffee and syrups, etc etc etc. They have a punch card where you buy 9 (or 10 ?) drinks and get one free — I think I’ve gone through *at least* 3 cards since I started going here a year ago. It’s an East Nashville gem but also I make it a point to plan my running around to pick up drinks here. My go-to is their iced matcha latte with oat milk and honey syrup (which I would highly recommend for anyone dealing with Nashville environmental allergies); however, I have never tasted a pumpkin spice latte so amazing. I actually made fun of my husband for ordering it till I tasted it. They have a load of loose leaf teas they can prepare for you and tons of milk tea and boba tea options as well as cold brew and espresso drinks. They also stock a variety of gluten free and vegan (some both gf and vegan and some either/or) pastries by the counter. It can get a tad busy sometimes but it’s worth the wait. And price point is beyond reasonable for the quality. I love this place and thank God for its existence!!!

I love a boba tea, and this place has some really cool selections. I got the Butterfly Lemonade tea and LOVED it. Bonus: They don't use any powders or syrups.

I absolutely love this place. They have something for everyone. I wasn’t really a tea person before I checked this place out and now I’ve gone four times in a week. I get the butterfly tea for my 5 year old and various options for myself, I’ve tried something new on every visit and everything has been a hit. I recommend doing 25% sweetness.
