Such a great coffee shop! The drinks are delicious and everyone that works here is so nice and inviting. The vibes here make you want to stick around and hang out for the day. 10/10 for sure recommend!

Ordered online and waited at the end of the bar for my mocha, after 15 minutes my wife comes and orders and gets her drink immediately! I go up to the counter and my mocha is just sitting there half done. Finally get my drink, no apology, no refund, just attitude!

They won't let you make your own drink orders, you can only get the syrups in lattes they made up.. so no Americano with vanilla, etc... I just found it odd... But the coffee i ended up getting wasn't bad... Just not what I wanted

This place is really a lovely experience. The baristas are very kind, and the coffee was really enjoyable and tasted amazing. I had the Fair Lady, which reminded me of a madeline cookie. Not in an overwhelming way, but very balanced and natural.

The aesthetic was really relaxing and impressive. I would love to sit and work on my laptop here.

Honest roasters is a favorite of mine used to go a lot when I lived in Franklin and was excited to see one open up in my area. Always get the Roosevelt. Would like to see more food and snack options.

This is hilarious, we may have actually been right behind the lady that gave the 1 start review in line. What actually happened was the barista (very sweetly) explained why half caffs can seriously negatively impact the quality of the drink. My wife is the biggest coffee nerd I know, and she was like "yeah half caffs are a huge coffee sin". So, long story short, don't listen to the 1 star lady.

As for the review I was going to give before seeing that post... This place is great! We love the location and staff down in Franklin, so we've been anticipating the opening of this place. It did not disappoint. The staff is knowledgeable and awesome, it's a beautiful location, and above all, great drinks. Will absolutely be back!

I asked for a breve latte (a longtime fave of mine from other coffee shops) and the barista said they didn't have half and half but if you steam the milk right it brings out the sweetness which was what I would be looking for. I went with it and he was more than right - it was the best cup of coffee I've ever had! Smooth and rich and not at all bitter. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere. The servers and even the gentleman at the counter were friendly and authentic. The Cuban was a great pick. The shop had a very neighborhood community and relaxing feel. Great placement to catch the sun as you enjoy a relaxing moment!
