Terrible Customer Service
Came in on a NOT busy Monday to work and were met with just the worst customer service to the point that cancelled our orders and left. The baristas working did not care to be hospitable in any regard. As the one coffee shop in the new 5th and Broad space and the face of nashville, I am really disappointed that this is how they are treating people coming to our city. Bathrooms were terribly dirty as well. Just annoyed that once frustration was communicated, nothing was done to try to fix the situation.

Kind staff, delicious lattes, and plenty of seating. Definitely a fancier upscale coffee shop for working or a date.

Surprisingly they provide you electric sockets also.

Can't stop thinking about the fabulous Butterscotch Pink Peppercorn coffee I had while on vacation. BEST coffee I've ever had.

Really good quality coffee and the space is really cool to sit and enjoy.

I enjoyed my chai latte here. I like the atmosphere and how they can make many different types of coffee. I do suggest they add more seating.

No peppercorns for the butterscotch latte for about 6 months.
May review: I had a Butterscotch Latte while it was available. Great space with covered outdoor seating.
