Pros--good coffee, friendly service, amazing historical building with other cool shops (19th century car factory), well-lit, and good wi-fi.
Cons--very expensive ($3/8 oz. drip coffee--yikes!); cashless.
As someone who is strongly opposed to a cashless society and who is using cash more and more after being the victim of fraud several times, the cashless thing is a deal breaker for me. I enjoyed my visit but won't be back for this reason.

I ordered the coconut matcha oat milk drink, and it was really yummy! It had a nice nutty flavor with the matcha flavor that I so enjoy. And this shop is part of a neat shopping center that we enjoyed exploring.

Ew. Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Tasted like burned dishwater. I spent $4 on it and it went right in the trash can. Avoid any coffee from this “coffee” place.

They just opened up in this location but their coffee is great. Would go to again and highly recommend especially if you like bourbon or whiskey flavored coffee. No alcohol in their coffee just flavor

The employees at this cafe have always been excellent hosts even though I can be a bit of a ghost. I haunted this spot; working remotely, for several months while I lived in a nearby abnb. The coffee is excellent and the wifi is secure, fast, and reliable.
Just look for the water tower on top of the brewery.

My husband and I walked into the shop and straight up to the counter in the EMPTY shop. Asked the young woman where the restroom was and she told us that they were in either direction up and down the long hallway. We had JUST entered the building and decided we wanted some coffee. I explained that due to recent health issues my husband needed one NOW! I asked where the closest was. She told us to try the right. I told my husband to go on and I would get our coffee. She asked what I wanted and I asked for 2 cups of coffee. Lord forbid. Then I committed the unforgivable sin of asking for sugar and extra cream. She informed me quick and in a hurry that it was at the end of the counter. She then gave men the total. Almost $8 for 2 small cups of coffee. I was never given an option. Which was probably a good thing I later found out. I handed her a $20 and she informed me that they didn't take cash. I almost walked out at that point, but I didn't want to upset my husband, son I pulled out a card and paid. I was then instructed that my coffee was at the other end of the counter. I picked up the first very thin cup, full of very hot coffee and quickly asked the very nice young man working with her for 2 cup sleeves. He informed me that they didn't have them. As I was making my coffee she came up and asked if I needed more cream. I don't think by her attitude that it was out of concern, but more her wanting me out of the shop. I made my own cup sleeves out of napkins and we left the store. When I walked out in the hall and turned to the right, the restroom was approximately 3 doors down and I'm pretty sure no more than 20 ft from theirs. You can not tell me she didn't know that or couldn't have asked another worker. Her attitude is horrible. She really needs to find a job other than retail. Thanks to her, I have made 2 trips to your establishments. Thankfully it was all in one trip. My 1st and my last. 6/19/21 1:20pm approximately.

Smaller than other BP locations, but quick service, great drinks and quiet place to hang or work.

Didn't have as great an experience here as at the Five Points & Germantown locations. Ordered an espresso and a bagel with butter & apple butter (there were no other food options, unlike at the other locations).
The barista added sugar to my shot for some reason. On the bagel, the barista put on pats of butter but didn't spread them, but did spread the apple butter, so it was getting soggy before I started to eat. I should have asked if those things came on the side, but it would have been nice if the barista asked too.
