Sub-Zero Rolled Ice Cream & Bubble Team

Not sure why this place is even opened up. Bubble tea taste sooooo bad. The guys making ice cream dosent even wear a mask while laughing and cutting up behind the counter while making ice cream. And I don't mean wearing a mask because of covid I mean wear a mask out of breathing and dripping drool all over the ice cream. Not hygienic at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. And I'm telling everyone I know to not even attempt to try this place. So horrible.

Love this place,friendly people, great service and love the ice cream! Really like that it's local so we don't have to go far to get it.

It's nice to see new businesses come to our mall. HOWEVER.. They have some of the rudest teenagers working for them, if you want to call it working. They're too busy talking about everyone to do their job. Cool concept, get better employees.

Best boba ever! I got Strawberry and Mango, would recommend this place! Loved everything! :D

The boba tea was bad water down so much they have no flavor or bubbles in stock never going again

$6 for a tea. I've tried Strawberry, taro, and Thai tea all with classic boba. Very delicious.

Horrible! I had to wait for a boba drink and it wasn't even worth the wait because it tasted like hot dog juice.

Waited 45 mins for them to make it.. given, they were busy but, 45 mins for ice cream ?
