Given that this store has opened. Not much goes far to say that I need to see more of what the drinks are being mixed with. Whether it is sweet or unsweetened. This refers to teas. I got a green lemonade tea in which I thought would be tasty and sweet to my liking but no. It was bland like lemon green tea water. I was disappointed. Not happy but won't buy from them again.

It took me 45 minutes to and hour to get through the drive through line with my two young kids and supper in the car with only 4 cars ahead of me. I dont understand what takes so long to get through the drive through line. I also watched someone walk up to the window and be gone with her order in about 3 minutes but the drive through line hardly moved

America runs on Dutch Bros! Better flavors, and I'm mad at Dunkin for taking my free drinks away. A bit pricey but goodness so worth it. Cheaper than Starbucks!

I know this is a chain, but I cannot call this a coffee shop, there is no true coffee on the menu. I didn't do my own research of their menu before going, so when I ordered a cup of black coffee, I was disappointed to find out their only option was Americano. The americano was just okay, a little weak for me. In general, not my thing, but can't say I will give it another shot.

This has the exact same feel and quality of service I’ve had at their Colorado location. Absolutely the best service I’ve had, the employees were so professional and so clean. Everyone was so kind as well. The cost was so reasonable. I will 100% be back as much as I can.

The wait is horrific. Plan to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes.
The coffee is really good.
The "Broistas" lack basic customer service skills, there's always a problem. When you report the problem, the Broistas say something like "oh dude what a bummer, totally unstellar"- then they hand you the very drink you sent back in hopes you won't notice.
I hope things will get better because they're very community minded and their coffee is good, but not good enough to justify waiting in their no escape line from hell.
Four stars ONLY because their espressos are truly good.

Took absolutely forever to get my drinks because the service sucked. Drinks were good and well made but no management and no structure to the work enviornment. Staff was not efficient.

Long double lanes means great coffee, hot and cold drinks. People greet you at the lanes. You can even go and order in person as well. All workers have smiles and ask how is your day going. Recommend

Waited in line for about 30 minutes. That’s expected for opening weekend. The staff was super friendly. I got a hot island latte, my husband got the annihilator. They were both very bland and we couldn’t taste any coffee. I’ve had Dutch Bros in Colorado and it was amazing. Maybe it’s just opening week kinks. Just be ready to wait in a little line. Over all pretty good experience. Definitely will try again to see if it’s just working out the kinks.

They have great drinks, of course, but the staff is awesome! While I was waiting on my drinks at the window the girl at the window was super nice and was great at conversation. A+ customer service.
