This is my favorite cafe in Memphis right now. They have all day breakfast and amazing coffee (also lunch). It is very kid and family friendly. I often see people having business meeting here as well. I have tried many dishes, but my favorite is the apple cinnamon pecan pancakes. The price of meals is very reasonable and they pay a living wage to their employees. There is a small meeting space. This place is a hit and I’m glad to have a place like this in Memphis!

The staff is super sweet and the menu is great. There’s a lot of variety and the overall vibes are enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

This place is ALWAYS very busy--which is a good thing, because they do well with busy. They never make you wait long.

Try the hibiscus tea, as it is AWESOME! It has some added spices that make it better than others I've had.

Their veggie chili is also very, very good.

This is such an awesome cafe! The Avocado Toast is Instagram-worthy always and it tastes amazing. So fresh with the perfectly runny egg and fresh Cilantro on gourmet bread. Also......I've only known about this place for about 2 weeks and I've been there I think 12 times and tried all of their smoothies----You gotta get down there and try em too! Also get the breakfast Quesadilla. Trust me on that! And they are pouring money and love into the local community---what great people!

I searched for a cafe near me who had smoothie bowls because my usual place closed at 5pm. I found this place and figured I’d give it a try. I showed up at this cafe about 5:50pm on a Saturday to get a smoothie bowl. I get here and was met at the door saying they were closed and had no food to cook and the woman who was waiting was their last order. However, online says they close at 7. The employees had no interest in answering any questions I had, or no explanation for closing a hour early. I was disappointed and won’t bother coming back

Food was so good! Simple menu items, healthy options, amazing coffee--they even have coconut milk for alternative 🙌🙌🙌 staff was friendly, environment was super cute, bathroom sign says for "everyone" ❤️ they had eco friendly straws, stevia for sweetener... Can't say enough good things about this place. If you're in the area it's a MUST GO place to eat. They even had a cute siting area with kids books and toys.

Glad we were able to come back. Love the BBQ chicken quesadilla. It seemed different (I thought it was pulled chicken before) but it was still good. My daughter loved her cheese quesadilla.

Super awesome people and super awesome food. The prices are great for the quality of food. The quinoa bowls are out of this world tasty. Everyone should stop in and get a bite. FYI you can call ahead if you're in a hurry.

If you are looking for a cozy place with delicious healthy options this is your spot!! I have been searching for a local restaurant with gluten free breakfast and their gf pancakes were perfectly AMAZING!! We love this little spot and will be back!!
