Dr Bean's Coffee & Tea Emporium

Megan made our drinks when we visited while in Memphis. She prepared delicious and beautiful lattes for us, using state of the art techniques and equipment. She was a delight, and very proud of the cafe, so that says a lot too. This is a great spot, we’ll visit when in Memphis next.

we had 2 espressos that were very acidic. either they didn't roast the beans, or the machine wasn't properly flushed after descaling ? staff was friendly, place is clean and nicely decorated

Great quality coffee the lady’s latte art needed a little more symmetry but the cappuccino tasted delicious

We went while staying right up the street and went almost every morning we were in town. The flavored lattes are great but even just the Americano and pourover are fantastic. Very well-made and the beans are delicious. We also got their bagels, which are super stellar.

Mediocre experience. A little one man coffee shop inside a boutique with a salon upstairs. Coffee was very earthy, herbal and almost undrinkable. Better coffee spots

Great little coffee shop in the neighborhood. They have a sweet seat up that also gives you a mean cup of coffee.
The oat milk vanilla latte they made rivaled most other coffee shops and it was seriously fresh coffee.
The location would be great if it had more going on, co-working space or more activity going on inside.
Make it a point to make your way here if you have the chance. It has a really knowledgeable staff and they make a great cup of coffee.

First visit was because of the Cold Brew Championsip and I will keep coming back! Great cold brew and the sell fresh toasted beans too! Having it connected to a retail shop is a great plus too.

Fantastic, friendly baristas and an attention to craft that even the shrewdest can appreciate. Black French Mint Tea on ice is what a hot Memphis afternoon calls for, so go get one! Five Stars!
