Stopped for afternoon tea while in the area. Some of the best scones I have ever had. Very interesting tour of a building with solid brick wall on the interior not just the exterior. I am certainly glad that the hosts saved this place from certain ruin based on the restoration story. The grounds were lovely and they have plans for more all the time.

Very cozy stay & very very lovely historic place. I will say this make sure you bring your food because its or wasn't culinary at all no stores very close so bring what you need. Aside from that its very quiet & peaceful with lots more that is very pleasing to the eye & peaceful to the soul. Just don't be afraid of ghosts because it is quiet lively in that regard.

My mother and father were actually both born here.. I have visited quite a few times and took the tour. I love it there and it's so beautiful... If you need a day or 2 and want to be surrounded by beautiful things and a little Warren county history with a little fun... Its perfect for you

We visited Falcon Rest for the first time today. Loved it! Beautiful historic mansion with incredible antiques. The gardens are gorgeous! I loved the statuary. The brick walled garden reminded me of historic Williamsburg in Virginia. Holding a wedding on the grounds or inside the lovely reception room would be a really romantic venue! We dined and the chicken strip basket and fries plus cole slaw, pink lemonade and a cream cheese brownie was both delicious and a bargain at just $10! I've not been to a gift shop at a historical home that contained so many items -- it was hard to not miss something. Really nice and varied choices, something for everyone. Thank you to the gracious hosts and tour guide for a really enjoyable visit!

We actually had a great tour today with the guy who owned the house now. George gave us a really good tour and answered a lot of our questions. The amount of effort it took to restore this place is quite amazing. George kept it very interesting and we got to see a lot of it thanks to the recent renovations. It's truly a hidden gem in Middle Tennessee! Go check it out!

We were looking to take a day trip to a place we've never been, and found this place on the internet. The food was delicious, and the tour was so interesting. We really enjoyed our day. The gift shop was really nice but my only complaint is that some of the items are too pricey. Other than that, everything was great and I would highly recommend checking this place out!

What a gorgeous house and garden with a fascinating history! Thrilling to see an abandoned structure of such superior craftsmanship restored to its former glory by two very passionate owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the ghost tour, and highly recommend browsing the gift shop for unique items.

The mansion is beautiful,I loved the grounds. Glenda was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about each room and area. Very friendly and you could tell she enjoys her job!
