I called the florist directly without going through a third party from the internet. (I’ve always had a better experience by dealing with the local business).
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and the City Florist shop! They were efficient, listened to what I had to say, and followed through.
The flowers were for a birthday and the recipient was thrilled. They also delivered a nice card. I specified a time and they were right on.
Kudos to the shop and thanks for a 5 Star experience.

I was visiting family in McKenzie and was in desperate "need" of a coffee shop. Google informed me there was a florist/coffee shop on the square, so I headed off at 9:00 AM not knowing what to expect. Glad I did! Zach, the owner's son, couldn't have been nicer. He also made a "mean" latte, and I was excited to know that their coffee beans came from Bongo Java, my favorite coffee shop in Nashville. After 2 lattes, 6 frosted cookies and a homemade blueberry muffin (both great), finally left, with fresh cut flowers for my cousin in hand. I WILL be back🌹⚘🌻🥀☕🍵🍪

I have used the flourist before and have usually been satisfied. The last order for my wife was for a bouquet of gerber daisies. You would think $57.07 would get more than three daisies with one wilted, however that was not the case. Extremely disastified!

The arrangements are lush and lovely and the store offers so many artificial flower vases, wreaths and various wall decor. The best thing about this gem of a florist shop are the smiles and welcoming greetings from everyone!
Today, my husband and I visited the Cafe side called Trudi's Place. We ordered the rueben sandwich on marbled rye and a chef salad, both loaded with cheese and fixin's. Our sides, broccoli salad and pasta salad were equally scrumptious. We even indulged in a key lime pie parfait and as a Floridian, Trudi's key lime beat most I've had in South Florida, and that's saying something! This will be a regular lunch/coffee stop for us!

Go get yourself a coffee from this place. The service is always a 10 and the coffee is always great!

Recently had a family member who was in the hospital and an out of town relative asked for a recommendation for a local florist to send flowers. McKenzie City Florist immediately came to mind and my out of town relative was very pleased with the service provided. And the family member was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement that arrived upon returning home!

The owners and team at McKenzie City Florist are very conscientious about making your customer experience the very best. They also care deeply about and are huge supporters of the McKenzie community.

If you are looking for great service and a friendly staff for ordering flowers from out of town, look no further! This is the best place to take care of your floral or gift needs.

The purple silk heart was amazing and expensive but the issue is that she didn’t put enough staples in it and it started coming apart a few of the clips just flew off, it was good work and she was extremely nice and accommodating and i’m giving her the benefit of the doubt because she was extremely busy and this was a last minute order so I suggest you call a few days or week before you need anything done but she did a good job!!

The people here are friendly and caring. They not only make beautiful arrangements, but also have designer coffees and teas and cupcakes that are absolutely delicious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the people there. Stop by today. You will be so glad you did. They will make you feel like family.

Monday morning our family experienced the sudden death of a dear family member. Due to current distancing requirements relative to COVID-19, my Aunt quickly arranged the funeral services for my Uncle the next day.

I knew that Michele Jarrett at McKenzie City Florist could quickly help me find two appropriate gifts for my cousins that would be a fitting tribute to the life of my Uncle. In a matter of just a few minutes, Michelle worked with me to find in-stock items that could be delivered the very next morning.

Her staff was also courteous as we waited. My son enjoyed ice cream and I had some delicious meatloaf while Michele prepared the items for the next day.

I was thrilled that McKenzie City Florist was able to provide us with gift items on such a short notice. Thank you Michele and staff for easing our burden on a difficult day!!

I have been using the florist since my son started at Bethel University for his birthday and valentines. It has always been over the top. I appreciate them being on top of his needs and likes. 10 hours from home is very difficult and they give love to all his goodies baskets. Thank you!
