Great small town burger joint

Our first visit to The Grind was 10/10. It’s a small place and the wait can be long at times (2pm on a Saturday was an hour and a half wait), but we chose to sit at the bar which was literally 0 wait. Our bartender was a amazing. Great beer selection with a few unique brews. I had a peanut butter milk stout (Tailgate Beer) and it was great and perfectly cold.

Fried Mac n cheese balls were amazing. Perfectly portioned for an appetizer.

Tacos were great and flavorful.

El Fuego burger (New) was good, a little heavy on the guacamole, but still a good burger nonetheless. Spice was great with ghost pepper cheese. Fries were so fresh and crisp as well.

Milkshakes are to die for. Strawberry Short Shake was almost too much for two people to finish after such big portioned meals.

A little long of a trip (1 hour 1 way) for us but it’s definitely worth it to come back and just try all the things on the menu.

Great food. Staff is awesome, fun, friendly. 100/100 will def be back multiple times in the future. Sonny made me and my wife feel like family. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Love it.

Holy smokes it was fantastic! First time visit and cannot wait to come back! Started with the Cowabunga Pizza Rolls and they were the bomb! Not what I expected but delicious! Hubby got the Big Kahuna Burger with their hand dipped onion rings. He raved about the onion rings! The burger was great but can definitely use some more seasonings and flavor in the actual meat. I got the Chicken Mac Alfredo and again! So creamy and cheesy! Pasta a tad over done but so good! We also got two shakes. Hubby got the Mint Chocolate Sip and I got the S'mores the Merrier. Talk about a shake! Totally worth the money for the size you get! Highly recommend! The best thing were the wait staff! So much personality, outgoing, and they never stopped moving! Cant wait to come back!

This is a place worth traveling to! The food is insanely amazing and delicious, the prices are incredible for the amount of food you get and the milkshakes... I will just let you be your own judge there but wow! Every restaurant I have ever been to has one standard Birthday song. Here, we heard 4 different tables have birthdays and no song was the same! All of the staff are friendly and you will NOT regret the experience. You will have a little bit of a wait, but it is worth it!!

After hearing several people RAVE about the place, my wife Abby requested to go to The Grind in Martin, TN for her birthday celebration. So our family made the two hour trek today to try out the place and see if it's worth the hype like everyone says.

And... IT IS! Whoa. Talk about some wild, off the chains, totally delicious food! 😳😍🤯 And all the staff was not only extremely friendly and helpful, but HILARIOUS with wild high jinks happening all around. We all had so much fun, and loved absolutely everything about the place. Extremely, extremely impressed.

Tip: ask your server to see the "top secret menu" before you order. But shhhh... It's a secret.

Sunday afternoon 4ish. No wait time to get seated. They were not super busy. Server came pretty soon, took drink order, when she returned we ordered our burgers. Wait time was a bit to get our order it seemed. Different person brought out the food. Burgers came out as ordered, everyone tried something different. The burgers had a good taste and were juicy. We liked the different ways you can get them. Refills and getting our shakes ordered was done by the assumed manager as our waitress was pre occupied with another table (guys)..... Shakes were delivered by another server as well. Lol. We ordered 2 shakes. Both were just like the pics..They were very good. Our original server came near the end to "check on us" and brought our bill. Family of 4 getting 4 burgers and fries and 2 shakes was 80 dollars before tip. All in all pretty good except our server. We may try again sometime, took an hour drive to try them out.

Food was delicious, service was outstanding!

Wow the food here was so good!! There was a pretty long wait for a table, but it was totally worth it. We tried many things on the menu, including mac and cheese, some tots, two of the burgers, and a shake. All of it was so amazing. Our server was also so friendly and was able to give us some great recommendations for what we should try. I live far away, but if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be going back!

I absolutely loved this place. The staff is so much fun, so friendly and their energy is contagious. The inside decor screams 1980s nostalgia, down to the mini arcade games on the table. Loved my simply classic burger but wanted to try them all. The milkshakes are out of control delicious. I had such a great time and can't wait to go back.
