We always look forward to being in Knoxville to get our fix!

I did not catch her name, but the sweet blonde girl working the drive thru today from 1pm-1:30pm , was beyond amazing . Today was my first visit ever to scooters , and she made everything amazing . Recommended drinks that were dairy free . Had an amazing attitude the entire time. Labeled the drinks I had gotten so I wouldn’t get confused . Top tier! Scooters is so blessed to have her as an employee! This might just be my new favorite coffee shop because the coffee tasted the same as the service! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back❤️

First time I've been here, & the coffee is actually worth the price. Food is comparable to Dunkin but better quality. It's also a drive through only place so great on the go food.

I just went through the drive-thru for coffee. I ordered a vanilla latte and it tasted like straight coffee out of the brewer. I will not go back.

Just found this yesterday and couldn't be happier. It was a delicious cup of coffee topped with the butterscotch foam. I've been over Starbucks for a while now, especially since the only Sugar-free option they offer is vanilla. BORING! So thank you Scooter's for making a delicious cup with more than one SF option!

Very good! Came by for the first time yesterday. Very quick and efficient. Extremely nice and kind staff. She didn't rush me and actually helped me pick out which items to try. I am used to Dunkin Donut prices, so the $11 shocked me a little - but I'll definitely be back through!

First time here. Ice coffee was fantastic! A little far from my house but will stop in whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

This place is so much better than Starbucks. Their fast, friendly, and serve some unique items. Love their regular coffee too, so hard to find it seems these days at nicer places. We probably go here once a week or so. Check it out.

Absolutely LOVE Scooter's. The coffee is good, the bacon ciabatta sandwich is always good. The breakfast burrito...could definitely be better. What gets me the most is the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Always!

I have been coming to this location since they opened, and the service and friendliness is always consistent! The drinks/food are delicious, and the staff is always friendly and seem to truly enjoy their jobs there. I recommend this coffee shop to everyone!
