Great little coffee shop with large open seating inside. Parking is tough because the area seems to be busy but the service was fast.

I typically rate my experiences based on processes, quality of the order, atmosphere, and customer service. If one of those isn't a 5/5 I don't fret too much because I understand stuff happens. I loved the atmosphere, the quality was fantastic, and the processes seem professional and well put together....unfortunately the customer service was a negative experience. They seemed annoyed to have me. I felt awkward and tried to make small talk. I know we all have days where we just want to be left alone so it does not detract from my review, however, at the prices these drinks are being sold at, customer service seems more imperative in my opinion, and I would have left a better tip had I been greeted as though I was welcomed in rather than a burden. Just my 2 cents. Love the spot and love the coffee ☕️

Trendy chill coffee shop with lots of space for social distancing that also has some very nice staff, pretty magical coffee and tasty treats - they even do pour over.

I went in at a slow time of day around 10 am Wednesday to three people on their computers drinking coffee and generally taking in the whole coffee shop vibe. Relaxing music, great atmosphere and can I just say one of the best cinnamon muffins I have ever had!

Its right across from an old cemetery that gives it even more of an eclectic vibe. It fits, but not a creepy way. More like a mellow, literary, feel with a touch of "one with the ages".

I'll be back and looking forward to trying the chai latte.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but there is one thing that prevents it from receiving that review. I have a very hard time studying in this coffee shop. Every time I come into this shop, the music is so loud and slightly disturbing. I understand that heavy metal is a favorite genre for a lot of people, but I don’t prefer to listen to it while I’m drinking coffee in the morning and trying to get some work done. Last time I was in Remedy, I left as soon as possible because the music was so loud and irritating. The coffee is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the coffee shop itself is so cool, but I can’t stay in a coffee shop that constantly has screaming in the background.

This is the best coffee I’ve had in Knoxville, by far. The espresso was perfectly dialed in. You can tell the baristas take the time to make sure they do it right. I highly recommend Remedy to anyone looking for espresso drinks. You won’t find this kind of quality anywhere else in Knoxville.

I like this café as much or more than any other in Knoxville. I've been going there for at least four years. Great ambience, serene views from the large windows, Baristas who produce a good product.

But....

They should decide whether they want to be a café or merely a cafe. One major difference is whether they serve their coffee in ceramic/glass vs cardboard. Sorry, the time of the day doesn't or shouldn't determine that if you want to be known as a café. But, hey, there are lots of cafes around - though they charge a lot less.

One of the best coffee houses in Knoxville. My favorite drink is the honey lavender latte. They have lots of seating available. Next door is a food window with sandwiches which you can eat inside. Street parking available all around the shop.

As I'm visiting from out of town, this wasn't the most convenient spot to access, but if you love coffee, it's a must visit. I really enjoyed my pour over, and I listened to amazing music and relieved my memories from Moses Sumney at the Tennessee Theater last night. Coffee fuels my sonic adventures today, too. Glad I made the effort to visit today!

Good place to have coffee and relaxing vibes. Nothing too spectacular but it’s also hard to find GOOD coffee in Knoxville. They have shop made syrups for lattes, and a few pastries as well. It’s a bit away from the cluster of the college campus so it’s nice to get out. The decor is also very modern industrial, but not in an over the top way.

Cute and clean coffee shop somewhat hidden in the corner of a rougher beat up area. A delightful find!
