Imagine my delight when, on my first visit, I discovered they have GLUTEN FREE BAGELS.

Always a great cup of coffee! Wonderful staff and seasonal flavors!!!

My husband and I moved to the area earlier this year and we had been excited for this place to open. The lattes are fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the bakery items are amazing! I love that they have an app so I can order ahead and pick up my order on my way to work without having to wait.

Great Coffee Shop!!
1. Good amount of seating. comfortable vibe and a good amount of parking. This is very important to me - because if i am going to go to a shop - i want a place to sit :)
2. GREAT COFFEE. I love the coffee - great beans, great water and awesome equipment always make a consistently good cup of coffee.
3. GREAT STAFF. Abod, Jesse, Eli and Eli to name a few... everyone is kind and personable.

Love love this place. The coffee is right on and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

Leaving a 4 star instead of a 3 because I know the business is new and things will improve. I’ve been there 7 times now so I feel I have experienced them enough to leave a review. It’s a great location that is easily accessible and I will continue to be a dedicated patron. The food and drinks are typically very good but there have been a few issues such as coffee coming out lukewarm one day and the next I burnt my tongue. The food is also very good for the most part, but there are still some instances such as bagels coming out very chewy to the point that it had to be thrown away. I would like to see some other cream cheese flavors if possible! My second biggest issue is that enough product doesn’t seem to be ordered so they are often out of something that I want, even when I come only a couple hours after opening. My biggest issue though is that it normally takes far longer than it should to get a coffee and bagel and often any food items are forgotten until you go to remind them.

Overall, it’s a nice coffee shop that I’ll continue to enjoy - there’s just a few things to work out as they get more adjusted to how business will flow.

Great atmosphere! Caring and friendly staff. Spoke with Elijah, knowledgeable and personable. Coffee one of a kind. I suggest the "house created" Graham Cracker. Splendid space and ambiance.

In from Pennsylvania and was looking for a place for a good cup of coffee and found Commonplace. Great coffee snacks and people. Second time back and will be in one more time before my trip back home. Highly recommend!!!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good coffee, lots of fun community events (like Trivia Night and Sip and Shop) and support of other local businesses. Definitely a new South Knoxville treasure.
