This was my first visit and I will definitely be back!!! Not only was my drink out of this world delicious. I just had gastric bypass and was looking for something that I could drink. I explained to the employee that was taking my order. She took her time to find out what I could have and what flavors I like. I ended up ordering a black tea with pineapple and sugar free coconut..omg yummy!! I have been addicted to Sonic for years. I buy atleast 2 days a day. Well not any more. Not only did I love my drink but I was more expressed by the employees. They were all so friendly and so helpful. I loved seeing this! Everyone was smiling and looked liked they was loving their job. You don't see this much anymore. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you later today!!

In one word…AWESOME! I have been to the Kingsport 7Brew over 100 times! To say I’m addicted is an understatement. The people there are always friendly and I have never tried anything I didn’t like. I’m a big fan of the iced Blondie with caramel drizzle!

Your coffee is amazing and I go here a lot but I was really upset to see the person taking my order having to stand in the pouring rain. Y’all need to build something for your employees to stand under I’m just one person so you probably don’t care but I’ll change my review to 5 stars if you do something to get them out of the rain. They’re going to get sick out there.

I love this place. The smooth 7 with chocolate drizzle is my favorite. The staff is very friendly. Being able to score a free drink is awesome when you earn rewards.

Really good coffee! Try the blondie w Carmel and whipped topping. It is delicious. I like this better than Starbucks! And it’s cheaper than Starbucks too! The ladies that work the check out are soooooooo nice! Super friendly!!!! I like this place and the product! Will try more flavors in the future.
