I love 60 beans but the last three times I have gone, my drink has been awful. I order the same thing each time. Staff hasn't been really friendly. I also order a cinnamon roll and which they throw in a bag every single time the last 3 times and all of the icing comes off on the white paper bag. For the prices it is just becoming not worth it.

Good little coffee hut. Nice interior. Staff is very friendly. Do not pop through here if you are in a hurry the turn out time for 1 latte and one ham and cheese croissant is 21 minutes. Well worth the wait if you are not in a hurry. Prices are about average .

When I came in for my take out Oder, I must say that both, Cheyenne and Lisa were courteous and helping. So, I appreciate that.

Definitely the best white mocha iced latte I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich and cinnamon honey bun were top notch also.

I love this coffee place! Been to both the Morristown and Jefferson city locations. The Morristown location is bigger and offers a bit more in terms of a cafe. Both have great coffee and an assortment of drinks and food on the menu. Definitely a bit pricey though.

I love 60 beans and their coffee. Took my husband here for his first time and he got the Turkish coffee and red velvet cake and he enjoyed it. I got an iced caramel latte and a chocolate chip muffin and it was delicious. Will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

This review comes for several reasons. First off; let me at least explain the positives: The coffee is amazing. No doubt, best cup of coffee in the area. The girls inside try their best although I do believe simple math and lack of understanding from rear kitchen staff could be an issue,

1. Overcharging - several times when arriving to pick up coffee and food for the family (yes up until now almost a daily regular, usually over 100.00 a week), the total does not add up. For instance this morning: 32.00 tab (which seems excessive considering what was ordered) - one crepe is 8.99 - one sausage/egg/cheese croissant is 4.99 - 2 cups of coffee at 2.75 each. They said my wife also ordered a bowl of oatmeal for 5.00, which she did not. Either way, paid for it but still doesn’t add up. Couple times before that, realized I was being charged 5.75 for a coffee (ringing it up as a latte).

Other thing: Kitchen staff does not seem to understand common procedure. For someone who is allergic to pickles and juice, I’ve asked everytime for NO PICKLE on the side - Everytime. 8 out of 10 times, they still manage it in the box. So I’m sure you ask, “why continuously order them?” Because, on a good note, when no pickle on the side, they are amazing. My wife usually will eat it and I’ll either make something at the house or run back out to a local fast food chain. The lady this morning argued that it wasn’t in the crepe but on the side. Again, I absolutely cannot do pickle juice/pickles. It soaks into the crepe and I puke. Infact this morning there was a 3 minute convo before the food came out how important this fact was.

So not only overcharged on several occasions, but service in back not understanding and food consistently wrong. As much as I absolutely adore their coffee and the sweet ladies who work so hard, I do not believe I will keep promoting their product at this time. If they can get some of these small issues resolved, we may give it another go. Otherwise, I’ll find somewhere else to purchase my cup of Joe to go.
