Great and cute little place. Good food and service. I'll have to try the coffee next time.

Coffee has been consistently good. On the downside, service is consistently slow. What usually takes 3 minutes to make in most other coffee shops I've been to takes 5 minutes at least but often times a bit more with no one else waiting in line. Prices are a bit high on the sandwiches. Came with a small handful of kettle chips. The Greek panini wasn't terrible but wasn't great. Felt like it needed some savory element or condiment to bring the sandwich together. Would recommend serving a pickle wedge with each sandwich.

I had a cinnamon muffin that was excellent and my coffee with the sugar-free toffee was very nice. The atmosphere is really cool and I love the fact it’s an old space that used to be a walkway you can’t be a person that does not appreciate style and heritage. The owner was really nice sat and talked with us for a bit.

Great little shop with tasty coffee and excellent customizable breakfast options that hit the spot! A great way to start your day(I've heard lunch is great as well). Very friendly service and cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be back next time I am in Greeneville!

My husband and I have gone here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Great service, great drinks, great food! When you walk in the door STEP DOWN! If it’s bright out it might be hard to see when entering.

Cool, quaint location. Cold brew was really tasty and the ham/apple/Gouda panini was fantastic. It was great chatting with the owners. I'll definitely be back!

when my cousin-in-law and I walked in - there are stairs that go right down. This can be a little bit dangerous as there should be a sign outside the door giving caution. So I wouldn’t say it’s handicap accessible. The building was very tiny and crowded. No one greeted us when we walked in or made us feel welcomed which is odd as it was the day of opening. There was also a woman at the front door that was staring at us up and down which made us feel uncomfortable so we left due to this as it caused us both anxiety. The menu should have been bigger as we had trouble finding it. The only menu we seen was the coffee menu. The prices looked really good and affordable for everyone as I will say. I’m giving three stars as we did not try the food or coffee which upon returning when it’s not as crowded or busy we will try.

Inviting employees, yummy coffee, and I love the large windows in the front of the store! A lot of good natural light :)
