My gym, Organic Fitness Factory had a Halloween event here, and I’m impressed with the Amazing menu of 60+ flavors of smoothies & teas... I tried the soy & whey-free option (vanilla with optional peanut butter) and it’s delicious.

What a variety! I had a shake. The nice people who are working here explained how much sugar, protein, fiber, etc. to me. My shake was a meal, not a snack. I have been going all afternoon and haven't had any hunger urges. I still fill full. Yes, the shakes are pricey but, not more than a junk food meal. Try it, you'll like it!
