White Bison Coffee

I am so thankful for the kind workers at this location! Earlier this week, I came telling the two women working of the bad coffee I received at another shop next door and one of the workers offered to make me a new drink!! I thought that was just beyond kind and cannot express enough how much better this coffee was compared to the perhaps more "well-know" brand around the corner. She made my day and she made me an awesome coffee!!

This is a great little gem tucked away inside of a gas station. Super friendly staff and great food available. The Starbucks next door always has a line around the block so you might as well pop in here and get the same stuff for less in half the time

This a great experience, the drinks, food, and service is great. Very clean and relaxing to set and enjoy. Yes I will be back.

I Visit this white bison frequently along with the one on highway 96. Today I needed some coffee for a little afternoon pick me up. I waited at the counter for ten mins before a young girl walks out with her airpod in one ear talking on the phone. She never said anything to me. So I say hello and proceed to order. I order coffee and a breakfast sandwich since the sign says breakfast served all day. She shakes her head no at me. I ask if they serve breakfast all day and she just shakes her head again. I pay for my coffee which tasted like sugar water and decide to make the short drive to the highway 96 white bison where they very happy to take my order and treat everyone there is smiling and courteous. Never going back to that white bison on Carothers for anything, I’ll even fuel up elsewhere. I am in transportation and fill up every other day if not daily. I’ll take my business where it is appreciated.

Best coffee shop in Tennessee. I have gone to countless coffee shops across middle Tennessee and this shop far surpasses them all. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting. And the coffee tastes of the highest grade. Some of the best experiences I’ve had have been when Josh was serving me. He is always super helpful, friendly, and knows how to make an amazing Carmel Macchiato. Brett also does an awesome job. Overall an amazing coffee shop with even better staff.

Drive thru was quick. The hot chicken biscuit was delicious. The vanilla from the vanilla latte had an odd taste that I powered through but didn’t particularly enjoy.

I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of coffee & have found that White Bison is by far among the best when it comes to options & taste. Only problem I had at this location is, this morning was my 2nd visit (to this location) and the two females surrounding the young lady who typically works there took over when I tried to talk to the regular girl. The red-headed girl (regular) is THE SOLE reason I returned there because she helped me so much on my 1st visit & made such helpful suggestions. I was somewhat pushed back as the other two women forcibly pushed HER aside and took over. It was as if there was a competition of up-selling or knowledge going on and the girl who helped me so much was left out. Coffee delicious. Regular service great. 5 Stars for that. Two added ladies today, not so much so. Better way to train or audit if that was what was going on. 🙁

This has become my new every morning spot. Liza on Carothers is the best.

The guy was in hurry dont even listen to my order then the maple pecan was listed 2 for 2 he said he dont know about that then after making my coffe i asked about cup of water he said we dont give free water i always get water at starbucks i guess i made bad choice this time
