The rest of the food was okay… cheap bacon and eggs quality… they weren’t that good… also my strawberries were not fresh which is such an easy fix, as well as the whipcream tastes weird… leaving a film residue on the roof of my mouth. 😕

Great coffee and food.

I had the Ethiopian light roast, enjoyed it so much I bought a bag. I had also had the Mediterranean Wrap (pictured below). It exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend this place.

I had the sausage egg biscuit and my husband had the grilled cheese. Both were really good with a their added flair of a waffle press. Their signature lattes were also AMAZING! Will be returning for the coffee during my weeks stay for sure!

Not great… I guess we just don’t have good luck when we order from Just Love… Food was not cooked. Bacon tater was an undercooked hashbrown (potatoes were raw) and a handful of bacon and cheese just thrown on top. The chicken and waffles had frozen chicken strips barely warmed up on the outside and still cold on the inside. We ordered right when we left our place (6min away) and the food was ready when we got there. We appreciate the quick service but would rather wait to have our food cooked and made properly. Luckily our air fryer at home helped make our meal edible but not great.

On our way out of town I noticed this place on my Google find. Where we are from, Just Love is opening up a location in Tupelo, MS so we decided to check them out here in Franklin - and WOW! So glad we did.

We had the Chai Tea and the Lumberjack (maple spice caramel and cinnamon). They even accomodated my decaffeinated request.

We had the Womelette and the Spinach Feta Womelette. These masterfully prepared dishes have great flavor! I mean - an omelette is an omelette right? Well - you seem to get a little extra umph when they are prepared like a waffle!

Nestled in a up and coming part of town - this area of shops and businesses gives you a modern but down home vibe - Just Love is bustling with professionals enjoying their meal and making business deals. Not to mention, the community vibe of friends meeting for specialty breakfast and enjoying the atmosphere.

Turns out this particular franchise is owned by a former Tennessee Titan. His story can be found on the wall acknowledging his commitment to the growing community.

Decent coffee. Nice customer service. But overpriced tasteless food. Their $10+ chicken salad sandwich is a small dollop of chicken shreds with mostly mayo. They ran out of croissants and substituted it with thick, dry sourdough.

I “just love” this place! So cute, and great food!The drinks are also really good! All of the food looks really nice and tastes delicious! Make sure you check this place out.

We came here on a rainy day when all the sit down breakfast joints had a 45+ wait time. We sat ourselves and ordered at the counter when we were ready. I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit with Sausage Gravy and it was phenomenal!!! My husband got the All American BLT and that was also really tasted. Our little one got the pigs in a blanket and loved it! The coffee was perfect and the service was top notch. Also side note - the bathroom was really well kept and clean. I would love to come back and try more of what they have on the menu. I can't say the food felt very healthy, but it sure was delicious!! Very affordable and really kid friendly.

I've been to the Brentwood location many many times but I Just Love this location too. (Get it?) 😉 It's bigger than the other location and beautiful inside. I had a very delicious lotus latte this morning with a scrumptious jalapeño avocado toast. Yumm! I think the menus are the same, they had all our old favorites there. Just moved back in the area and this is a little closer so we'll be back again and again as it's one of our staple breakfast spots. Good service too!

Coffee: I tried the latte...went back for seconds. Good coffee!
Breakfast food: Had the breakfast burrito, fun to try and would get it again. Liked how it was crisp on the outside due to the waffle iron.
