I stop by here a couple times a week! Love the bread and fresh pastries, definitely recommend any of the gluten free muffins!

The name is deceiving! This is not your corner favorite with simply homemade delectable pastries and breads. This is a full service restaurant that is AMAZING! Had a scrumptious dinner there last night and I can't say enough good things. We had the chicken pot pie and the special - a lemon chicken with orzo. Delicious! All dinners come with a beautiful salad and basket of homemade breads with rosemary butter. This place is a 'must' to try. It is my new favorite. (Oh, and they have a great selection of wines too!)

I used BakeHouse to cater my 70th birthday dessert party which was held at The Coffee House which is nearby. I planned special events for a living and Iâve worked with a lot of caterers over the years but NONE as accommodating or as attentive as Angie and her staff. Angie went out of her way to ensure that the food was just as I wanted. Nia ( perhaps I am misspelling her name) made the food and it was fabulous. Their set up, attention to detail and responsiveness went above and beyond. My guests loved every facet of the food! Thank you Angie for providing more than I expected and being so easy to work with in planning this party!

Not really impressed with the Franklin Bakehouse. Came here roughly 2 years ago and didnât enjoy the food or the experience so decided to give it another shot. The coffee and food was pretty subpar. Honestly not worth the time or the money

The food continues to be good but several customer service / food safety issues. No one seems to be happy to work there. The young lady working the register does not enjoy her job. The young man handing out carry out orders just hands the bag to you with no eye contact, no thanks.
Most concerning is that everyone without a hat touches their hair (compulsively) and then touches food. They go in between taking orders and touching food without washing hands.
The owner should turn around and watch his Team and coach them. Instead, his back is to everything and doesnât see the issues.

Can't recommend this place enough! First time there for breakfast and went back the next day for lunch! Everything is delicious and fresh! Service is fast and very friendly! they are there to please! They didn't have the coffee drink, on the menu, that I normally like. I described it to them and they created it perfectly! Free parking garage is very close by. Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Really good quality baked goods but the coffee is awful.
The coffee is not straightforward coffee. It has âsomethingâ in it that I canât pinpoint. I think itâs chicory or something similar. Whatever it is, the coffee tastes sickly. I got a latte with caramel syrup added and the coffee was both strong and sickly sweet. I like medium to dark roast coffee with no additional flavor. I should be able to taste both the milk and coffee in a latte, I couldnât taste either.
Iâm giving 3 stars just on the baked goods. The coffee does not warrant any stars.
Please address the coffee.
