OMG! Amazing place, I was looking for a coffee shop in Franklin and I stumbled upon this place and I'm so happy that I did. The cappuccino with coconut milk was so good, my mother had a blueberry scone and it was delicious. Another great thing about this caffe is that it is surrounded by little booths of gifts, clothing, toys, antiques etc. Definitely coming back very soon.

I wish I could give this place even more stars!!! The tantalizing food and coffee keep us coming back even though we have moved far from this area. The ingredients are fresh and obviously high quality. The owner and employees are so kind and personable. The service is fast, the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, and it's honestly the best cafe/restaurant in Franklin. Highly recommend! ❤️

So I got the Belgian waffles and my wife got the grilled cheese with house chips. We got a number and they brought it to our table.
The Belgian waffles were some of the best I’ve had- though small they filled me. They did not need the syrup so I didn’t use any past the first attempt. Go ahead and get the double for just under $7. I also got a stubborn soda. I tried both the pineapple cream and the orange hibiscus and the orange hibiscus came out on top.
My wife’s ultimate grilled cheese was ranked as good. But she was more impressed with the house chips. Often these are a rank disappointment but these turned out much better than expected.
We will be back, probably this week!

Loved the Grilled Cheese sandwich. Nothing I had expected. Panini style, large, and cheesey. Broccoli cheddar soup was a perfect side. We also ordered the Veggie Quiche. Well prepared, very tasty.
The menu has a lot of items and variety. Very good sized lunch crowd. I look forward to my next visit. Let's hope Caffe Artisan is around for a long time. Please support this business.

What a surprise to find this place while shopping at the Painted Tree. My daughter and I ordered grilled cheese and soup and it was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back with my girlfriends. If you are looking for the perfect lunch spot for the girls you should check this out.

I'm going to make a couple of suggestions...product size should maybe be comparable to the price and preparation required...pour over coffee should not cost 3.50...and that size quiche definitely doesn't warrant a 6.50 price tag...if you want repeat customers, it must be worth them passing by the 1.50 coffee from an airpot at the gas station...I know it is probably just sticker shock but the flavors here weren't worth the price in my opinion.
The atmosphere was well designed and comfortable and I'm sure the other items are tasty...just a suggestion...beautiful place.
