Always friendly staff. Service is great. Was in there yesterday and got a Dirty Snowman for the 1st time. They were slammed and the owner brought our drinks to us. Later he asked how we liked them. Very personable.

All of the employees are always very helpful . They always have a smile on there face. They are very prompt with my order. They always make me feel like I'm there only customer. They always tell me they hope I have a great day. I look forward to having my coffee everyday at Java Cafe.

Do not expect even decent to minimal service at this place. I usually go through the drive thru. Today, several cars were lined up so I thought it would be quicker to go in. I thought wrong. Every vehicle and more went through and even another walk in customer was served before I was. They knew the walk in customer by name, which is probably why he was served before me. Not one person spoke to me as I sat patiently waiting until I went back up and demaned my money returned. Worst service ever.

Very disappointed after hearing good things about this place. I ordered a double chocolate chunk muffin and a dirty snowman frappe. The products themselves we're excellent but I literally waited for 10 minutes and then had to walk back up to the counter to ask them if I could go ahead and get my muffin. I ate my muffin and waited about 10 more minutes and had to go back up to the counter to ask if there was a problem with my frappe. There were 3 people standing there talking but my frappe had not even been started! I was not in a hurry at all but if I had been I would have been very upset.
