BIGGBY COFFEE

So happy to see this Midwest gem opening here in the mid south. I already know the quality of their drinks (and food) and this location did not disappoint! Just opened and getting their legs under them but they are handling things great and will only get greater. Go support them!

What a hidden gem! For the same price of a Starbucks beverage, you can get a wider variety of hand-crafted beverages, including coffee-based drinks, hot chocolates, teas, crèmes, and energy drink-based items. There are also food items if you need a nibble. The baristas were super friendly, and the place is very clean. They also have a rewards card: buy 12 and get the 13th beverage free.

Really good coffee! We tried an iced latte, like we usually order at other coffee places. Bigby was a little stronger and had more flavor. Priced about the same, but seemed to be better quality. Service was great and the drive-through is handy. We will be back.
Update...we have since tried the breakfast bragels. Deelish!!! Try a ham, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Our new fave for breakfast!

UPDATED: I tried again at lunch today because like I said previously I had been really excited about this place opening. Went through the drive thru this time. Ordered and within less than 5 minutes I have my coffee in my hand.

It was grand opening today so I understand there are going to be some kinks to work out, but never in my life have I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 lattes. I came straight after work to pick up drinks to bring home for my husband and I. The girl at the register clearly had no idea what she was doing (they must have had a recent shift change) and it took her more than 5 minutes just to ring me up. Again, grand opening so this was to be expected to a point. After about 30 minutes of waiting I checked on my coffee to make sure they still had my order and they said they did. 50 minutes after I had ordered, they said my ticket was in the middle. They were clearly prioritizing the drive thru over the customers in the lobby because 1-2 drinks would come out in the lobby for every 4-5+ drinks given out the drive thru. There were 17 people ahead of me waiting for their coffee when I got there. The woman next to me said she had been waiting about 45 minutes for her 1 drink.
1 hour and 5 minutes after ordering my coffee, my order ticket was finally in the barista’s hand to make my drinks. Not once did anyone check on us to ask what drinks we were waiting on. People clearly were leaving because there were 7 or more unclaimed drinks by the time mine was finally made.
The coffee tasted great, but no coffee is worth that much of my time. I want to give this place another chance because I was very excited about it. But sadly there is some major work to be done and I will just have to try again in a few months.

Call me crazy, but I have been twice since the opening and each time I have ordered 2 cups of coffee and waited 45 minutes the 1st time and close to an hour the second. Both times they were not overly crowded, so I am not sure why the wait time is so excessive. Service is good, but there are definitely inefficiencies that make it hard to return again.

I love the diversity of drinks Biggby has. The menu is so much bigger than other coffee chains and so easily customizable. As someone who prefers the non coffee options, the Blasts are awesome and so are the Redbull mocktails/creme freezes.

Forget S'bux - THIS is the place. Service and coffee is excellent. Great perks too. Don't sleep on the turkey and havarti bragel (yep, that's what it's called!) - best bagel-based sandwich EVER. Definitely check them out.

This was my first visit, and I only had a coffee drink that's very good. I think my rating for it will only go up if other food items are comparable.

This place was so good. The people were pretty friendly, and they worked fast. I got a frap with almond milk and a nondairy base and at first it looked watery and so I was like well I guess I’ll try it, and it was so goodddd!

I have been waiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint! From the variety of drinks to the friendliness of the staff, it is definitely a place I recommend.
