Bravo's Cafe & Grill

I'll start off by saying the food was actually pretty good. I had the All The Way Bagel and my boyfriend had the Chicken Parmesan. We both were happy with our meals. What we weren't happy with is the management and the way they handled his misplaced phone.

He accidentally left his phone on the table when we left. A couple of hours later, we called asking if it was there. They said it was but it was locked in a safe so we should come in later to pick it up when a manager would be there to give it to us. Long story short, there is no safe, several employees and managers gave different stories that didn't add up, and we never got the phone back.

The way management handled the situation was very poor. He said that he couldn't just make the phone appear. They wouldn't even come out and talk to us at first. It was an awful situation which could not have been handled in a less appropriate manner. The manager did not even bother to lift a finger in any way. Why would the manager not question the employee who lied about there being a safe? Very poor customer service. Will never be going here again.

I'll go back again. First time there and I'm hooked.

What a great find. Excellent staff, service and food. Ohhh the French Toast, Eggs Benedict and Baklava is scrumptious!
We will be back to try dinner when y’all get back from vaca.!

First time here for the three of us, breakfast, was perfect, everything we ordered was 100% spot on! So many choices!! We can't wait to come back and try lunch and dinner!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful! So nice to find a place that still cooks most everything deliciously homemade and is courteous to customers!

The wait staff was amazing, the portions Huge and the food was tasty.

The breakfast we had today was AMAZING! The quantity of food was a great surprise! The french toast??? HOLY MOLY!! Idk where they get the bread for it but it is so thick and fluffy and DELICIOUS!! Only thing I can say that is maybe not that positive is I could have used more gravy. One of the absolute best breakfast we have had in a very long time!

We enjoyed the spinach and bacon omelet so much, we returned three days later and had it again. Your grits are much, much better than Cracker Barrel's. French toast was excellent, also.

Awesome food,perfectly cooked delicious burger. The grandkids loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes with chocolate chips. Definitely a do again..

It has a good friendly atmosphere here. Decent food quality. The service was fast and friendly. I felt the breakfast was a bit on the high side price wise. $15.00 for an ham and cheese egg omlet, biscuit and gravy, potatoes and milk.

Our first time here. Absolutely delicious. My wife had the gyro wrap and said the sauce is some the best she has ever had. Will be back. Very friendly staff.
