What a jewel Carrington House is! So happy they were suggested as a meeting location today. Lovely, extremely clean, great ambience, great coffee, great customer service. The Lavender Latte (The Carrington) that I have been searching for all over town for since having one in Georgia is delish!
Can’t wait to go back.

What a great little find on our trip!! Kenya was the absolute sweetest human. The shaken espressos she suggested were hands down the best we’ve ever had! Fantastic coffee & even better service. Would drive out of my way to have this coffee again.

Had breakfast with friends there recently and it was very good. But the two servers behind the counter bickered with each other so much over everything I asked about (it was my first visit ) that I finally had to say, “can I just work with one of you?”. I wish I could say that put an end to it.

I've been working in the area for 2-3 weeks and decided to try them out when I realized they were there. Everything I've tried there is delicious, fresh, and served with excellent customer service. If you're in or near Lakeland definitely check them out for breakfast or lunch.

Very friendly staff! Ordered The Carrington and a chocolate muffin. Both were delicious. Will definitely stop here again on my way through Memphis.

We ordered to go, waited 20 min still waiting. Food was ready, sitting there - i walked up to pick it up so we could go, rude uptight gal told me to wait and step aside so she could take the next customer. Finish the ones that were waiting 20 min first, they’ve been waiting. But telling someone to “step aside” and talking down to a customer is not cool
No chat feature on your site so here’s what transpired: Rick, my husband and I and our two little boys and a friend of theirs went in to grab coffee before the kids soccer game. We arrived Sunday april 30 at 11:45am, the gal was pleasant to me and my husband as we ordered coffee and espresso and a spinach burrito, carrot cake and two turkey sausages. We waited a bit inside then waited outside 25 min at 12:10pm we had to go so I went in by myself to pick up the food we were still waiting for. I saw it on the back counter packaged ready to go but it sat and sat. I waited patiently as she took several people on line so I joined in line waited and when I got to the counter she disappeared but the gal by the back counter was there so I said I think those are my two dishes to go. Hoping she would give it to me we already paid and waited a long time. She asked me with snark what did you order and I couldnt recall exact but said i think its a burrito for my husband and turkey sausages for my son. She looked in it and did not give it to me. Just went to the back and continued doing other things. The front counter gal returned and I smiled said I think these are ours pointed to the styrofoam containers and she said i have to bag it - (really no need we dont need the plastic but whatever), she then told me in a snooty tone to step aside i’ll bring it to you! nice and loud so the entire floor could hear and she then took several more new customers - and I left- walked right out she had her power trip to shame a customer - I told my husband he was outside w the kids and I left to the car to wait I dont need this negative energy. Another ten minutes and my husband finally got to the car with the food we purchased. Just terrible.

Google helped guide me to this wonderful coffee shop. I had a very long night of difficult driving in Memphis and their latte was amazing. It is worth a stop and I found out the owners are from the beautiful state of Wisconsin.

This shop is in a nice area of town and the interior was very clean! They do not list the prices of the syrups/flavorings so I was a bit suprised to be told it’s a $1 up charge just for flavoring. It’s a bit steep compared to other small shops in the area (usually .50-75 cents). And whipped cream for 75 cents?? The addons are just a bit overpriced. The drink itself was good! And the desserts behind the glass looked delicious. Some of the owner’s replies to bad reviews though are questionable so I’m not sure I’d be back. It’s worth trying atleast once!

For 2 years in a row, we have travelled from Iowa to Memphis for a soccer tournament. Found this gem last year and loved it. Returned this year, and loved it again!
