E. Claire's Coffee House

Pastries are NOT homemade like the owner says. I entered thru the back door since I couldn’t find parking in front and could not believe my eyes as I mistakenly went in kitchen and couldn’t believe my eyes in how gross the sink was there was a bucket with dirty water with silverware and dishes in it that looks like it had been there for days. I also overheard her yelling at her employees with such a disrespectful tone. This is not the type of establishment I will ever go to again or want to for the matter . If I could give zero stars, I would please think twice before visiting this establishment in what you could be eating or drinking.

Fantastic little eatery. Small sandwich and goodie selection but you don’t need much when the sandwiches are so good. Absolutely yummy and well made with fresh buns and fixins. Excellent presentation as well. The staff were all friendly and professional. I forgot to take photos of our food because our sandwiches looked so yummy I was overwhelmed with eagerness and we dove right in to eating our meals . Only reason for not giving 5 stars was our table was slightly dirty from previous patrons and hadn’t been cleaned (or was cleaned poorly) prior to our seating. However, the eatery was very clean overall, to include the restrooms which were spotless.

Attentive, engaged and friendly owner. Interested in hearing feedback and making suggestions for food/drink. Staff is consistent with taste and temperature of the coffee combos. Love the amerreto latte! Delicious pastry options and sandwiches are very fresh. They do a great job and we enjoy the atmosphere as well!

What a wonderful surprise to find this in downtown Clinton! Super cute shop, delicious iced coffee and the pastries looked amazing, though I didn't splurge. Staff very friendly!

We decided to check out the new coffee spot in Clinton and I was very impressed! The inside is so cozy and very inviting, and the lady taking our order was so polite and nice to us. I was surprised to see they also serve lunch and food items, I will have to come back and try that out. We just got coffee and it was very good, the blueberry muffin however was amazing! They have a nice selection of pastries to chose from as well. I will definitely be telling others to check this place out, I look forward to coming back!

Great Frappuccino, Vanilla Lavender, Strawberry Vanilla and one Chocolate Caramel. We also had some great sandwiches and the scones, cookies and other desserts were delicious.

It has a very comfortable atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the coffee/food are amazing!

Amazing food, coffee, and service! We had the pleasure of meeting Sherri who was so incredibly helpful and kind! The Claire sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time and the blackberry éclair was super yummy as well. We had a toasted marshmallow latte as well as a specialty pumpkin Americano and both were incredible. Highly recommend!
