It's doughnuts, they was nice , the line was fast.

Service was fast with no complications. Doughnuts were hot, right of the belt. Gave my plenty of napkins without having to ask for extras. My boxes of doughnuts were put in a bag without me having to ask for them to be put in a bag.

The employees needs a customer service lesson! I have never ordered Krispy Kreme and today driving by the light was on so I decided to stop. I went through the drive through and asked for a dozen and she said which kinds I said can I have 1 of everything except the cream filled but Ill take a custard one. When I got to the window the one bringing over the box of donuts to the employee at the window was giving me dirty looks talking about how I was ordering. Like I said I had never been there and I didnt even take long. I kept a smile on my face thanked the gal at the window told her to have a great day and left. When I opened the box not even a block away my donuts were cold and I only had 3 kinds of doughnuts in there no plain ones either there was only chocolate, chocolate custard, and blueberry I had asked her at the order line if I could get one of each since I had never been there. I will never go again. I wanted a fresh doughnut and a variety like on the display. That is what I paid for. The girl was rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers if that is how she is going to act. She had no gloves on and was scratching her arms as well.

Went there this morning... ordered 6 donuts and 2 frozen lattes. I expected my donuts to taste fresh. I expected fresh donuts. However, the donuts I got not only tasted one to two days old but they barley had any chocolate icing on them. I told my husband I should have just went to dunkin donuts since post is down the road from one. Worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to in my life.

I don't come to Krispy Kreme often, but every time I come we get good service and good donuts. I have been several times where the manager is the one assisting us and they always make sure we are well taken care of!

Was able to get each person the exact donuts they wanted. Thought $1.99 was ridiculous for juice, but it was a big juice bottle not a tiny juice box so it was actually a decent price. Iced latte was not on point, but the donuts made up for it.

I ordered online and did not receive half of the order. I called over and 10 times during normal hours and no one answered. The donuts that I did get were made very sloppy and tasted old. I used to love Krispy Kreme and it’s disappointing that this is the closest one to me. I want my money back for the donuts I did not get!

Why do they say that it will take a few minutes for hot donuts when the conveyor belt is full.
The workers had a very nonchalant attitude for the second consecutive visit.
Is the product that good.

I have reported this location for very poor customer service.

BEST DONUTS EVER! I'm 46 and have been eating Krispy Kreme donuts since I was a toddler. We've tried donuts from other places, because there was no Krispy Kreme in Clarksville. We were thrilled when they opened here. There's no other donut 🍩 shop that measures up!!!
