Morie's Cultural Cafe

This is one of the best places to stop for food in St Thomas. Not only do they have the best burgers on the island, I would argue that they have the best burger I've ever had - better than most places I've gone to in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. It's the perfect stop if you plan on visiting Mermaid's Chair or the Phantasea Botanical Gardens.

Ms. Morie's cafe is a staple in the west side of ST Thomas, a must try if traveling to Bordeaux or visiting USVI. She has the know on local produce, livestock, and everything local. Her food is hot and fresh. She has healthy options, daily specials, fast food, and snacks. It has an all around good vibe. Her family and her run a clean and friendly establishment worth taking the drive to Bordeaux. She has the best Mamajuana on island. I wished she still made Pate' because they were the bomb. On a Sunday you may catch Zion dubbing Ital out of a Yabba pots under the tree, catch a good game of dominos, or buy some fresh locally grown food. You can book a horseback ride through Zion down to the beach by appointment only. Ask Ms. Morie, she will guide you in the right direction toward the best. 100% local island vibes🇻🇮

We had great local food at Morie's roadside food cart. She was super friendly, great prices and yummy food. She even openend a fresh coconut for us. Don't miss this spot pretty close to the Mermaid's chair in St Thomas on the side of the road. Cash only !! Also had great conversations with her local guests.. and the wild chickens. Hahaha.

Morie is super nice. Very happy we stopped in for a cold drink after doing Mermaid's Chair. I'll definitely be back.

I love this locally owned food truck. Morie's serves fast food options from pate to salmon burgers. Her food is fresh and delicious. Very friendly service.
