I’ve been here before. This time the food was good but not great.

Let me start with by saying I was born and raise in VI. My family and I would go Delly Deck and it stuck with us when we moved to the states. When we visit, Delly Deck is a must. Idk what happened the day we were there, but the wait was longggggg. Even the wait to receive the check was long. Idk if it was because we had a large party, but the wait for the food was way long. Some orders got messed up as well. Another wait.
Besides the wait, wait, wait, Nd more wait. My food was good I had the veggie omelette, French toast, and Bush tea. When I asked for a second one it was gone.
I believe they are hiring, I would work there if I loved on the Island.
Food is good.

Always a HIT! WHEN THE BOAT DOCKS first place I go.

Delicious food and prices. I had a veggie omelet, nothing fancy. I ordered my breakfast to go! Didn’t have the opportunity to dine in; both times I tried the deck was packed, and understandably so! Food is great, I’d definitely go again.

Delly Deck is most definitely one of the BEST breakfast spots on the island! Our favorites were the banana pancakes, blueberry pancakes and the French toast!

NOTE: ACCORDING TO OUR POLICIES, A THREE ⭐⭐⭐ RATING IS A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION AS WE HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARDS FOR RESTAURANTS. 4 (⭐⭐⭐⭐) WOULD BE CONSIDERED A MUST, AND 5 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) WOULD BE OTHER WORLDLY OR WORLD CLASS AND AN AMAZING GASTRONOMICAL EXPERIENCE. THAT BEING SAID.
This restaurant is accessed by locals as a part of our cultural landmarks like Gladys' Café is to locals on St. Thomas.
The service is slow and the service rating is hampered due to this often overlooked service culture in the Caribbean. The same is true all over the world with restaurants that have excellent food but bad service as characters of their success ironically.
Delly Deck is located near a Chinese food restaurant and other great food service providers of breakfast and lunch offerings in the Havensite Mall at WICO (West Indian Company -Cruise Ship port and mall, the Guardian Building, and Port of Sale Mall - all in walking distance and is worth spending half of the day exploring.

This is a great place to sit and eat some traditional Caribbean food. It has an open air section with a bar and an indoor seating area for air-conditioned comfort.
Try it!!!

Service is very slow. They operate on island time if you get my drift. Breakfast was good otherwise.

The food was really under whelming, soggy bun, prices different on the menu than the bill. Avoid if you can.

If you are looking for salt fish and or Johnny cakes/bakes.... They are ONLY ON WEEKENDS. The service was very slow. The food was decent. I was off put by one of the servers yelling a far corner to notify a potential group of customers that a table was reserved and they couldn't sit there. They didn't choose to dine. I would have left as well if that's how I was greeted. Our server was nice.
