It is a nice cozy place for relaxing, drinking tea and chatting. I noticed that the use of tamarind is popular in the island of St. Thomas as a lot of restaurant menus included tamarind chicken, etc. So when the owner, who is very sweet and friendly, suggested the tamarind cake, we gave it a try. It was delicious with the tea. I am now inspired to find a recipe for tamarind cake to go with my black tea. :)
We discovered this place accidentally and it's amazing. Big variety of different teas, the food menu is limited thought. We had ham and cheese sandwich and a chicken sandwich and some green salads. The sandwich were delicious, you could tell they were fresh. We tried some tropical rainforest tea, delicious. The place has a really nice decoration. We were told baby showers, birthdays, and other events are celebrated here. The service is fantastic.
Lovely place with a variety of tea options both hot and cold. There is a menu for food -- I've had a variety of cake slices but the saltfish quiche is amazing! Local items sold here as well (bags, clothing, blankets, etc.). The owner is a pleasure to be around and chat with. We will be back!
This little hidden gem is a favorite among locals. Best local and import tea blends on island. This is a great venue for your event, as well. Come check them out.
Should a cute and lovely spot. If the fish quiche is available, get it! It's amazing!!! We stopped in for two years in a row. Unfortunately no fish quiche this year but we enjoyed the resting mint tea and a Macha tea. :) very delicious.
Ms. Edith was amazing. Her tea was so delicious... I had to take my husbands. And the swordfish quiche was to die for! The lemon pound cake was heavenly. Her service was top notch. Her place feels like home. It’s simply lovely.
This was the first stop on our food tour and I came back after the tour to purchase some items. Clean and friendly venue. We were served the salt fish quiche with a salad. The presentation was aesthetic and the taste divine! The boutique owner that manages the clothing was awesome as well. We would definitely go back
Wonderfully owner. The passionfruit ginger white Ice tea was refreshing and delicious. It's a relaxing place. Lots of beautiful art and they just started selling caribbean food too.
We watched as this building was lovingly renovated over several months. We love teas, and many casual eateries that are in town don't serve a variety unsweetened teas. We were thrilled to see on opening on St Thomas, because I've enjoyed the ones I've tried in the States.
The Virgin Islands have a long love affair with teas - not only for refreshment, but for medicinal uses. E's Garden celebrates that cultural history, but encourages guests to seek medical advice from healthcare professionals.
The ambience is so colorful and calming. Tea pots and accessories grace the spacious dining area, and local artists display and sell their works. Various performances and meetings are also held there.
The teas are solo tasty and refreshing! You can enjoy any of the many teas hot or iced. Some of the teas are from local VI and PR farms.
Make sure you try the tropical pound cakes! Best cakes I've had on St Thomas.
Management and staff provided the group with personalized service. The food was excellent, tasty with a local flare and very tasty. The selection of teas is awesome and healthy for your body.
