TASTEAS Bubble Waffle,Tea & Rolled Ice Cream

I have been a loyal customer For some time now it was the last visit that really erk'd me....they have a punch card for frequent visitors. Well. I had sent my daughter in on Saturday April 16th, 2022 Get me 2 Boba milk teas that I normally order While I was at work She had a full punch card And normally the charge for my two drinks was around $16 But she gave the lady a full punch card hoping the Get a free Drink (thats what a full card recieves correct?). She then chatged my daughter $11 for the one drink and was extremely rude and snotty towards my daughter. When asked for a new pubch card for the drink that was paid for the lady chucked it at my daughter(all angry) I just want to say shame on whoever that lady was that was working around noon that day she was extremely rude. To think...I had sent To your businessAnd to be treated like thati felt super bad n embarrassed I'm in customer service I don't even understand how you can be so nasty to people when you're trying to build a business!!

A really nice, cute shop. Whether you are there to have some traditional boba or for a fruit-flavored drink, this place is a really good option. Highly recommend. Employees are nice.

Nice quick fix before we headed back to west South Dakota. Wish they were nearer. Good to know there's one. Will have to come again next time.

Nice place, clean, with a rather large selection. I had the mocha frozen drink with coffee jellies and it was very tasty. Prices are about $4-5 each on average. Would really love to go back and try the rolled ice cream and bubble waffles, they looked really yummy!

I love this place. I've been slowly trying the different flavors of bubble tea and they've all been delicious. The employees are so nice and helpful! The taro rolled ice cream is very good -- I suggest getting syrup on top if you like it to be very sweet instead of just sweet. :)

I literally cant get enough of this place. Every drink I've tried so far is beyond amazing. The taro smoothie is out of this world - oh, and dont forget your boba! The waffles are fantastic too! There are still a TON of things to try and I havent been disappointed yet!

Best boba shop I’ve ever been to!!! Would go here everyday if I had the money! Patient workers, and quality drinks every single time!! Can’t go wrong!

My stop here was thuroughly enjoyable. The milk tea was delicious and the popping boba is a fun treat as well. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful and the wait was so short I could hardly call it a wait. I will definitely be returning and I will recommend to everyone! So. Good.

First time ordering the coffee tea boba and it was absolutely disgusting. Ask for different order or refund and I was denied. I do not recommend this place.

Best Bubble Tea shop I’ve ever been to. Loved it so much that I applied for a job and have been working there for almost 4 years now and have loved every minute of it. 💖
