CNC Food Factory

Every time I look at my "Find Me Gluten Free" app, the CNC Food Factory comes up as the number one option so I checked it out today. This cafe is located inside the Avera Fitness Center and is not labeled on the signs outside the building so you just have to know it's there. I ordered a 12 inche pizza and I was asked if I wanted it hot or as a take and bake. I chose hot and within a few short minutes, my pizza was fully cooked and ready for me. Since I was there, I had to check out these GF donuts I keep seeing people talk about so I got a lemon donut. They are baked - not fried - and it tastes so much like a lemon poppyseed cake without the poppyseeds. I will go back and from the food I've tried so far, it's worth it! Highly recommend.

A MUST visit for GLUTEN-FREE travelers. It's right inside the Avera fitness center, but the shops welcomes anyone. The owners of this business are wonderful. They have inexpensive donuts that are delicious and homemade. I didn't stay to try anything else, but they have homemade gluten free pizza dough for their pizzas. If you're passing through Sioux Falls, this place is a must stop.

Best GF spot in Sioux Falls! Also the best gluten free donuts I’ve ever had. The variety is nice to see too! They’ve got full menu options for breakfast and lunch. It’s definitely safe for celiacs. Most importantly, the owners Andy and his wife are great people - you can tell they really love what they do. Midwest courtesy at its finest. Thank you guys!

CNC Food Factory is a modern coffee shop located inside the Avera building, accessible through the center doors. The ambiance is comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a snack with friends. The food appears to be hand-crafted, and the menu offers various healthy options, which is a plus.

Donuts are delightful and not fried, staff helpful. It is inside the avera fitness center so makes you feel a little guilty getting donuts while everyone else is working out 🤣

Found this place on a road trip driving through town on the Find Me Gluten Free app. It’s inside a health club and was great! The owners were so friendly and helpful navigating the menu. We had a great cup of coffee and delicious sandwiches. We also got a box of gluten free donuts to go, so delicious! A hidden gem in Sioux Falls! Will definitely be back when we’re in town again.

Wow. I have lived here for close to 2 years now and heard about this place, but it somehow kept slipping my mind when I wanted a treat. I finally went today and picked out 6 donuts. When I got in the car, I grabbed the key lime donut and took a bite and in all seriousness, became emotional. I cried because of how good this donut is. All of their donuts explode with flavor. The donut itself is so soft and fresh, I have never had a donut like it before. I have never had food be so good that it brought me to tears. Please go and try this place! I can't recommend it enough, I promise you won't be disappointed. The owners were friendly and I felt very welcomed. It's right inside the main doors to the fitness center so do not feel intimidated and do not pay attention to the guy that said he struggled with security. I had no issues, walked right in and to the left and I got my donuts with no hassle. It's so worth it. This is a true Sioux falls treasure and they have earned a customer and promoter for life.

Once I discovered this hidden gem, I have made many visits. I have celiac and they have so many options. The owners love what they do and are so friendly. I even had them cater a brunch that was gluten free. I highly recommend supporting this local eatery!
