The best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Smooth flavors and a clean buzz. The staff is always so friendly and will make suggestions if asked. Recently moved out of the area and this is one of the places I miss most.

Best coffee in the Black Hills by far. I'm from Sioux Falls but out west for work every two months and go out of my way to get coffee here. Americanos are amazing and iced coffee is great, as well. The staff is always so friendly and sweet. As a business owner, this is the stuff you should be proud of - great branding, great products, great staff. Good work!

Wife and I just moved to Rapid City and have been here twice in the past week. Great tasting coffee and friendly staff both times!! Highly recommend

I pass this place on my way to work and was excited to try it because of the reviews. The coffee was undrinkable and a waste of $6. The espresso was burnt and bitter beyond belief. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of Starbucks and support local places but I’d go to Starbucks 10x over before this place. I was very disappointed.

Great coffee, great customer service!

This was my first visit to Dixon’s and absolutely loved it. First, I liked that it was a drive up coffee shop and the barista wore a mask. So many places around the city put precautions against Covid aside, so I felt safe being here.

The barista was very friendly and happy to help steer us in the right direction of what to order based on our flavor preferences (coffee/tea, sweet, bold, creamy, etc).

We got different lattes with different flavors and were very happy with our choice. She did mention she makes a mean caramel macchiato, so that’s next on my list to try.

Take a break from the usual Starbucks or chain and try something different!

Not sure what's going on lately, but the last couple of times I've visited, I've gotten 2 chai lattes. Both times, 1 or both of the drinks tasted like it's was just hot milk. I don't understand how in one setting I can have one drink that tastes normal and one that lacks the chai flavor completely. I have raved about them having the best chai in town before, so hopefully they get their quality back up there soon.

A nice medium roast espresso is served here. Fantastic decor on this small shop and fast service.

I went to every single coffee shop in Rapid City & Black Hills for these past two weeks.

This one has the best tasting coffee hands down!!!

Keep in mind that I have absolutely zero affiliation with this place or anyone at this place. As a European, I just love a high quality, crisp espresso & cappuccino. Keep up the great work !

My wife and I have been coming here for years when we're in the Rapid City area for vacations. We have never been let down and keep coming back for a reason. Consistently great coffee and service.

I want to drop you a note to tell you how wonderful your company is. I was in Rapid City SD for work, my daughter came with me and we had three days to play, we stopped by to get a coffee and noticed you had lavender honey milk tea so we tried it and let me just say it is the best tea I have ever had...EVER! We stopped by again on the way out of town and asked if you could fill our growlers with that magic potion, and you were kind enough to do it for us, thank you so much!
