Scooter's Coffee

I have gone here for three years. 83% of the orders they make for me are incorrect. The vast majority of the time I am deprived of product I paid for. ( Extra shots). I have reached out to customer service on the corporate level and got no where. Would not recommend

American cheese with a peice of bacon on a warm bun is a very poor excuse for a sandwich

I normally stop by on the weekends, I've never had a problem with my orders from Scooters. The only place I go to get coffee that will turn my cat into a little whip cream psychopath. It's great.

We were headed from Rapid City to Omaha and wanted coffee.
We found Scooters and were glad we did. Muffin and roll warm and delicious. Lattes also excellent but best part was the staff. Lots of laughs and also fast. Great break from the trip. My husband said he wanted a Carmel something and thats what he received with it written that way on his cup with a happy face. Great customer service.

We were heading back home from black hills. Pulled into Mitchell because our GPS said Mitchell had a Starbucks. Got there and it was not open. Found Scooters. Was more expensive and the Blender was watered down. Our big diesel truck could barely fit in the drive through. Experience was fair but prefer Starbucks.

Really great service and drink! I have many allergies so I asked if I could see the ingredients, they willingly brought me the box to look at. Really fast and friendly! Also love my wild berry vertigo smoothie!

I probably had unreasonably high expectations for a drive through, but we were disappointed by the quality of food and taste of the coffee. We ordered a veggie breakfast burrito, which clearly had been preassembled and then microwaved when we placed the order. The vegetable/egg inside were so mushy that you couldn’t really discern what was in there. The grease completely permeated the small tortilla. I acknowledge that it was also cheap, and now we know why.

We got a medium roast coffee which somehow managed to both be watery but also have a robust bitterness.

Staff were friendly and prices were low, otherwise the rating would’ve been lower.

They said they have boba, but when we asked if they do to make sure and they do not. I was extremely bummed because I have waited two years to try Boba, and I thought I finally found a place that makes it. We got smoothies instead, they were decent but melted quickly and got watery.

After driving through western SD and not having coffee in my system for far too many hours, causing a near-splitting headache, I stopped in Mitchell to grab coffee here. I got two heavy cream lattes, one hot, one iced. Both were very good, but the hot one was not steamed enough, lukewarm, maybe 120 instead of the usual 160. Also sat in line for 10 minutes. Overall, very good coffee and would definitely go again.
