Coffee Cup Travel Plaza/TA Express--Hot Springs

Good stop with nice facilities. Just a caution about the store. Bought a diet Coke and paid with cash. I am not absolutely certain, but I am pretty sure I gave the clerk a $20. I got change for a ten. When I questioned it I was adamantly told I had given a $10. I didn't argue any more, but you might want to take care when paying on cash here.

Stopped in to use the restroom, and get something to drink on my way to Nebraska. I got my drink, walked up to the counter. There were two girls behind the counter. One was crouched down doing something by the register. The other girl was by another register and had just helped a couple of customers. Since the one looked busy, I went toward the one who had just helped the line of customers. As I got to her counter, she received a phone call and walked away from me. The other girl was still crouched down, so I made my presence known. She didn't stand up. I only had cash, and didn't know how much was on my debit card, but I wasn't getting any help, so I used the self-checkout. And hoped I had enough money for my drink. Luckily, it went through. As I left, I said loudly "worst customer service ever!" After I said that, she stood up and had a look on her face like she didn't understand why I was frustrated. Maybe the employees need to be taught customer service etiquette and NOT answer your phone while you have customers

I love this place, as a truck driver, I see alot of truck stops. Coffee Cup is by far the best. The store is always clean, the showers are new, up to date and always clean. The staff has always been very pleasant and nice. Did I mention that their diesel prices are most generally cheaper!?!? I wish the big chain truck stops would follow suit to these guys!! My only complaint is there aren't enough of these Coffee Cups and I wish they had a better point system.....more points per gallon type of thing. Other then that, one of the best truck stops I've been to. I'll keep stopping here and all other Coffee Cups. Good work guys, keep it up.

Great lil oasis. Good amt of room in lot to move about. Air is in a tricky spot, but workable since it's free. Self-checkout is pretty awesome. Needs-based alc selection, which was a pleasant surprise. Keep up the great work!

Very clean store with good employees. This is a negative review for the management or owners. Located in the heart of Indian country surrounded by talented native American artists you chose to sell "dream catchers" made in a factory in China? Shame on you. Support the local people.

I’m not sure if the name is meant to be sarcastic, or if you’re only supposed to buy the cup here and the coffee elsewhere. The self-serve “coffee” would be better described as warm, lightly colored water with a slight hint of coffee flavor.
The store itself is clean and well lit and there’s ample open parking. This is the only reason for such a generous rating. (Seriously, the coffee suсks!)

This location has big dirt lot for truck parking. When I was here on April 13th the dirt was smooth and just dry enough to not be muddy and damp enough to not be dusty. Lot was half full at 22:00. Men’s restroom was clean and functional. Cashier was friendly and professional.

Ironically though, they had the worse coffee selection we've seen in years. 2 types of coffee, 4 types of cappuccino, 2 types of creamers and a powder cream dispenser that's spits powder all over you.
