Looking in Deadwood for a place to eat breakfast. Hardly any parking without walking to a breakfat place. Bullock was closed for repair. Drove to the end of town and there it is a small hotel and cafe. From the moment i walked in the cafe i was met with some of most courteous staff ive ever had. Biscuits and gravy eggs and sausage. Piping hot right off the grill. Short dark haired waitress was second to none with a smile that just made you feel right at home. I will stop there for breakfast everytime i go to Deadwood.

Yep just got home. They really bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are small but geez your only going to sleep. Very nice restaurant and pleasant employees. We will be back in 4 months.

Gold star service! They keep the place really clean. Restaurant closes at 2. Raspberry French toast is to die for!

I made a reservation on Priceline over a month ago for a room from Saturday thru Wednesday April 10th thru the 14th because we were going to the Foreigner concert. We found out about 3 weeks ago that the concert was canceled, so we called the motel and asked to change the reservation and was told my new price from Friday to Sunday would be $ 136.00 but when we got to the motel we were charged 245.00. We will NEVER stay at this place again. The tv's are very small and there is no1 pool or anything else. And I have to say, I have NEVER been treated as rude as the gal at the counter treated us when we checked in on Friday the 9th of April. She was very rude and doesn't represent your motel in the most positive light. I will tell all my friends about how horrible we were treated. And it is too bad because we've stayed here many times and it's always been very nice. VERY DISAPPOINTING the direction this place is headed. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I stay here everytime I come to Deadwood. Rooms are not fancy, but clean and great for a good night's sleep, especially given the cost. Very inexpensive, compared to others in town. The service is always super friendly and helpful and they are very accommodating. Last night the receptionist said they had a ground floor but it was close to the kitchen so I might get the smell of bacon at 600. How thoughtful! All the locals eat here at the cafe. Big portiins, very good old fashioned breakfast and lunches .if it's good enough for the locals, it's good enough for me!! The waitresses are spot on, always checking on you and joking with customers. They know locals orders before they even walk in! The ladies who come in after church are a joy to listen to and see them enjoying time together .An all around great place! !

The absolute best place to stay in Deadwood.
    The staff is excellent.
We had a medical emergency during our visit and had to stay longer than planned.
Management took care of everything and kept us in our room past our reserved time so that we didn't have to worry about moving.
They really took care of us.

Went to Deadwood for the history of the old west. Found gambling and partying atmosphere. Not what we were looking to experience. People were walking by our door at all hours of the night coming and going from the bars. Won't visit Deadwood again

Best breakfast in town. We got eggs and bacon, hash browns crispy and not greasy, a stack of pancakes and coffee. The waiter was very helpful and personal, great service!

Always go to Diner here. Kind staff. Breakfast is best around for 60 miles (trust me we have tried them all!) Busy little spot. You'd be surprised for such a small area! My fave menu item is the Chicken Mushroom Swiss . Fresh mushrooms not canned (šŸ˜) .

I stayed at this hotel 3/16/18-3/18/18 and would not do so again. Nobody came and cleaned the room that looked like it hadnā€™t been updated since the 80ā€™s. During the evening the walls were so thin that the people out smoking on the balcony sounded like they were in the room with me while I was trying to go to sleep. The shower on Saturday morning had about a centimeter difference from scalding your skin to freezing and on Sunday morning there was no hot water in the shower or sink. The couple of employees that I saw seemed to be very friendly but that didnā€™t really make up for the other shortcomings of this inn. The only way I would recommend staying here would be if every other place in town is booked and there is no other option.
