Feel Good Cafe

We had the wild strawberry salad and the Brauhaus Pretzel with beer cheese and brown mustard. Great lunch. We did take out and sat on the patio to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed and the Bavarian Inn and loved having Feel Good Cafe on site! Food, coffee, atmosphere, and staff were great! Kids liked playing with the large checker/chess board while I enjoyed my coffee. Kids loved the breakfast banana split! Nice outdoor patio area as well. Wish they were open later, but was great for breakfast time!

Excellent food, service and friendliness. They have a self-order kiosk as well. There’s a tree in the chess board room. What a lovely lovely place.

This place is an absolute experience you don't want to pass up. It's not the food, the food is nothing exceptional, but it's not bad either. Run of the mill. However, the atmosphere is nothing short of amazing. Do not pass this up if you have a chance to stop. Great for families of all ages!

Located next to the Bavarian Inn, where we were staying, it was very convenient. The food and the atmosphere was a great start to any morning. Sergio was very friendly and helpful, the coffee was good and hot, and the food was delicious. The croissants were wonderful and my wife loved the breakfast bowls that were offered. This quirky business brought a smile to our faces, and we wished that it was open for lunch, too. Friendly employees, good food and drink, relaxing music, and an atmosphere that oozes calm. What more could you ask for?

Vegan options. Oatmeal bowl with blueberries, banana & golden granola. They have oat & almond milk option too. Cute little outside patio & Dog Friendly!

I enjoyed my breakfast, food was hot, coffee was perfect, staff was very friendly. The decor is beautiful, and very clean restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

Huge delicious sandwiches! The breakfast was wonderful. The staff so warm, friendly and helpful. Ordered a last second breakfast at their closing time and it was ready soon as I got there. Can eat outside. Very clean. Coffee was good. Oatmeal was delicious. Can’t say enough good things.

If I could give this place all the stars in the sky, I would. I’ve worked a lot of places and no place compares to this gem. I made lifelong friends working here. My team members were the best team members I’ve ever worked with in my life. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

Sherry and Marcel are absolutely the most genuine, authentic, understanding, professional, amazing people I’ve ever worked for. And everyone on staff feels the same. They care about us, and took care of us as though we were an extended family. I can’t say enough good things about them and I look forward to coming back next season for the whole season. I ran a coffee shop for 4 years in Luling Texas back in the early 2000’s and I thought I’d never find a place like that again or owners like I had at that time. This place is better.

Oh, and the food. Ohhhhh, and the coffee. I’m going to have to just dream about it all til the season starts back up again.

Oh, and the customers were our favorite part!!! We had some vacationers we will never forget who we loved so much and made us smile, laugh and feel good. And our locals who pretty much came in every day or at least every other day brought us gifts and sang praises about the food and the service. In turn, we gifted them all with the feel good experience.

Did we make mistakes sometimes and maybe some customers were not so happy? Sure. But that’s food service for ya. It happens. No one is perfect 100% of the time and when you’re training seasonal people, things get missed or just don’t come out quite right. We did our best and we will continue to do our best next season and learn from mistakes made! All in all though, most of our customers had a good experience. Sometimes in the service industry it’s easy to beat yourself up for those times when things didn’t go so well. But then, you realize… you aren’t a robot… humans make mistakes… and all that matters is that you did your very best. And that’s all we strive for… is to provide the very best customer service and feel good experience for every wonderful face that comes into the Feel Good Cafe!

If you’re ever looking to feel as though you’re in a Hallmark movie, come here next season. I know I’ll be there for sure!!!

Excellent!

The line was long when we came in and we saw that nobody was using the Kiosk so we hopped over and did that. It was very easy to use. And for a busy place the orders came out pretty quick. The people working seemed in good spirits through a rush which says a lot about a business. Once we got our order we tried the coffee and as coffee roasters we are pretty snobby about good coffee and this coffee was very good. Food was pretty darn good too. The vibe of the place was awesome. Alice in Wonderland vibes and the music was eclectic and I appreciated that. Overall a great experience. If you're stopping through and/or looking for a nice place to hangout, a good cup of coffee, and a nice meal, definitely check it out!
