Coffee Cup Travel Plaza Burbank - TA Express

Truck stops aren’t normally known for being “pretty” but this one certainly is. This truck stop is definitely designed to make you feel like you’re in a home away from home. Very nice ceramic tile and stone work throughout the entire building. They have a floor to ceiling living plant wall with an electric fireplace, that is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice seating/lounge area upstairs and down. Their bathrooms are extremely nice and very clean. We didn’t shower here but we did get a glimpse of one while it was being cleaned and they are also extremely nice. They have a very nice and unique selection of gift items - not your typical “cheap” truck stop gifts. If you’re hungry, they have a Pizza Hut, Subway, Caribou Coffee and Cinnabon along with your normal truck stop grocery items. The parking lot is clean and not crowded. This was our first time stopping here and we will definitely be back. I’m glad we decided to drive the extra 20-30 miles past Sioux City, it was definitely worth it! OH! And they have free wi-fi too!

Absolutely LOVE this place! We stop here every time we are going through. Has something for everyone. They have remodel in the last yr & it is for the good. Easy access for RV/trailers to gas, also easy access for semi. Plenty of parking for everyone Semi, RV etc. Want to get your four legged friends out to stretch their legs they have a fenced in dog park❤️ Areas for the kids to run & picnic areas. I really wish there was more places like this❤️

I’m local. I used to stop in here all the time. Coffee Cup set the bar high. After there merger with TA it has been nothing but disappointing.

We pay for convenience. That is why the Coffee Cup can get away with Outrageous prices for their food. However, they have recently been very non convenient. I stopped in there a little after 6:00AM and there was nothing to eat. A mouse would starve at this place between the hour of 8:00PM & 8:00AM. I don’t have time to sit around and wait for the staff to rub the sand out of their eyes before preparing some food.

The Coffee Cup is new and clean no doubt. But I will be giving my business to other places along I-29 from now on. Places that understand what convenience is and how to provide good quality food when it’s convenient for the customer and not the employees.

By far one of the cleanest truck stops ive been to in 15 years. IF place dosnt have what your looking for then you dont need it.

I am speaking from the standpoint of the common traveler. This facility is clean. Lots of selection on food. If the kids need to burn off some energy, use the park! Everything was well lit and the bathrooms were clean-ish. Plenty of pumps and parking for small cars. This is a great place to take a short break if you are passing by.

Just WOW!!! Concrete parking, place is large well designed and modern. Super nice employees. Have “Starbucks - like” full coffee shop inside and boy my cappuccino was awesome! The best convenience/gas stop I’ve ever been to. Great job guys!

I was impressed by this travel plaza. Great 👍🏻 place to stop by for coffee gas or fuel. Very Clean and Lots of parking.

Great variety of snacks - we love the Cinnabon there too! Clean restrooms, friendly staff, and even when it's busy checkout is quick. They also have self-checkout which is real handy if you just have a few items. We usually stop on the way to and the way back from wherever we happen to be going.

Beautiful truck stop, extremely unfriendly staff. They also false advertised FIJI Water for a lower price because they had to fill the slots, but did not honor the price it was under. Also extremely confusing as where to buy anything but gas. The girl that helped was answering like she was beyond annoyed that I was confused where to pay for non gas items, and when she did help she was rude. The person with the water literally wakes away from my husband and children when he said something about the water price. Giving 2 stars because the inside is ugly due to the people’s attitude and treatment of customers, the outside is beautiful, aesthetically. So happy it was a quick pass through. Don’t know if I would ever stop there again, no matter how bad I needed gas or anything. Not worth the rude treatment
