The woman who took my order was courteous and friendly. However when I asked the gentleman barista if the coffee cup (sitting on the pickup counter with no name) was my med roast coffee with cream, he told me twice & rudely that he had no idea because he didn't set it there. Silly me... thinking that, as a customer, I might seek information for him to ensure I was not taking someone else's beverage. How dare I interrupt him while he was.... Performing HIS JOB.
I'm sure I will be back because it's the only coffee shop of this sort within miles and it's at a truck stop where I usually fill up with gas on my way to visit family. But, still, rudeness worth calling out. 🤨
Sadly to say very bad service today 04/07/2023 we always come here when we travel and never had bad experience until today EMMA was very rude we ask for the drinks and she literally says idk and didn't care to give a good customer service then she forgot to give our sandwiches and she was in a very bad mood I believe if u do customer services you should be able to handle bad days and good ones too so disappointing
Always like to stop here either before or after Coyote football and basketball games. We had an unusual experience here on Thursday, February 13th, 2020 after the Coyote women's basketball game. Our experience is best described as a customer service dichotomy. Before ordering, I used my rewards app to redeem 2 brewed coffees - any size. Once I reached the counter to place our order, we were flatly told that they were out of brewed coffee and wouldn't be making any more. I realize we were there late in the evening and the location was preparing to close, however, shouldn't coffee be prepared and ready during normal operating hours? I can understand maybe not having caffeinated varieties ready, but we were ordering decaf. I enquired about what would happen to my redemptions but was met with nothing more than an annoyed look and a shrug. The dichotomy came in to play when another more customer-service oriented employee stepped in and offered to let us have a couple cups of decaf from the adjoining fuel station for free. Ultimately, we left satisfied, but only because the second employee intervened.
Shows open at 5:30. 5:55 and they are still closed with no one around. Also says that business updated hours two weeks ago. Have no use for liers and businesses that can not open on time.
