Humanizing Through Story
Small and charming. A mix of rustic, cozy, and hip. The coffee is super delicious. They are really skilled roasters that have been in TR for around 15 years. Their specialty/seasonal drinks are killer and delightful! Was a honor getting to film a small little video for them and their roasting process.

Love this coffee shop! Went out of my way a few times just to come to Traveler's Rest and go here. Seating layout is perfect. It would probably get noisy, but never the times I was there. I normally get pour over coffee, but the already brewed coffees are pretty good even if sitting out a little while.

Large, high ceiling, open space filled with sunlight. Attractive, but the afternoon crowd was small. Great coffee quality. Serve yourself so you can try all of the flavors. I have tried their Pinnacle beans at home. A rich flavored drink with great aroma.

I get that management has changed, decor is changing, drink menu is changing, seems like they are paring down to focus on just making some good coffee, but I really miss the food menu they used to have. Used to have some really great sandwiches, but not anymore. Now it is just sweet pastries, cookies, muffins, etc. Also, the coffee situation seems to still be getting sorted out. I ordered a dirty black cat and it tasted like sugary milk, I couldn't finish it. As a loyal customer since 2004 I'm hoping this is just a phase....

Have not been here in a couple of years. Coffee is good but their newest location is not all that inviting for sitting and enjoying your coffee. Also the menu selection is so limited now, pretty much only coffee and tea.

Great atmosphere for an early morning eatery. I don't drink coffee but the tea here is very good. Quiet place you can usually study here, read the newspaper or a book. Pastries are delicious. They have several different types of seating. If you want to get away from the noisy crowd this is the place.

Very welcoming staff and barista. Truly delicious fresh coffees, roasted right across the street! Pour overs and tanks. Easy gig near shops and famed Swamp Rabbit Trail. Compared several coffee shops this day and this by far was best coffee AND experience. Well done!

Love these guys, have ordered from them online for a few years now but this is our first time to visit. I was glad to have a sample of the farmhouse and mountain mist right there with anything else you might want to add! Picked up a 5 lb bag of whole bean farmhouse and left with 2 free large cups of the mountain mist :)

Tried out this nice little coffee shop during a hiking weekend. They roast their own beans. I had a cappuccino which was delicious. Hubby had regular drip coffee and enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere. Needs a pokestop.
