Cuppa Manna

I’ve always gotten my lattes here for years Bc they have some of the best flavors that no one else has to offer. Well today I decided to try some food I got the cheese danish and a bagel sandwich? It had egg, tomato and your choice of meat which I chose Turkey and both the food items were restaurant quality, like genuinely better than 9/10 restaurants in the area.

Strongly recommended. There are two locations, in addition to flavored coffee drinks, they have light eats like avocado toasts.

So, I play a 25 year old pixelated wizard game and anything to do with "manna" or "mana" instantly gets my attention. That said, this place is fantastic. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the bubble tea is delicious. I took my daughter there after school and as we were waiting on our drinks the train went by. It felt like we were in a movie. It was really cool. The ease of parking was a huge bonus too.

I spoke with some people in my life @ this hot & chilled God spot! Cute, clean, & calming! Cup conversations stir the store while people nibbled with pleasing Hmmms echoing from stuffed cheek's. I enjoyed the company I kept around me we shared stories till we lost a sense of time. 🙏

Was very disappointed with my first and only experience visiting here. Went out of our way, a 20 minute drive to try their coffee and was greeted with poor customer service. When I arrived I tried to interact with the cashier, no response to my comments towards her nor was my interaction when I was purchasing my coffee warm and inviting. So I order both of my coffees and I’m trying to leave and I accidentally drop one of my coffees right outside the door and it spilled and broke. When I came inside I tried to address one of the girls that worked there and she continued to walk away from me and not say anything. And I know I made a whole scenes cause the entire restaurant was staring at me. When the previous cashier comes up to me she tells me that she could offer me a discount to pay for another coffee to be remade because they can’t just remake the coffee. Never in all my experience in customer service have I heard that from a restaurant or business. It being a small business wouldn’t matter cause I’ve worked for many small businesses that would go out of their way to correct a mistake as easy as accidentally dropping something. Now, I’m finally in the car and I try my drink, it’s not even work all the money I had to pay to receive these frappes. They didn’t taste one bit like coffee, maybe I’m mistaken and only Biggby coffee puts espresso in their frappes. I’ll never come back here.

The customer service is very unacceptable. When you walk through the doors the atmosphere is very un-inviting. The young lady with the black and pink hair especially was very rude. She was not listening to me as a customer while I was placing my order. It was almost like I was taking up her time. To say this was my first time trying this location per prior reviews of awesome service, I will not recommend this location to anyone. I also feel as if there was racial discrimination. I was not happy, especially when my order total as a group came to almost $90.00. Your service should be appreciated rather big or small.

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes while 6+ employees run around and accomplish nothing just to get average tasting drinks.

I went here for the first time for a date a couple of days ago. I had heard such good things about so I thought it would be great for our date. It is the cutest little coffee shop with wide variety of drinks, both hot and cold. I chose the infamous bubble tea and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be going here more for some bubble tea and other treats. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I have never been disappointed by any menu item here. We typically get avocado toast, and it’s made to perfection. Coffee is some of the best you can get in town, and bubble tea is always so refreshing. My only gripe is that service time is consistently pretty bad. The only time I never have an issue is when the girl with the cute space buns is working. We have watched the line while others are on staff and it’s so inefficient. I have routinely visited and have seen employees bounce around from station to station, no one having a designated job, tickets being completed in order of ease instead of who ordered first. As a customer it is pretty frustrating, however I will never ever give up on this place. But I will reconsider if I have somewhere I need to be.

Over priced coffee that is poorly made by rude staff. Cafe is dirty, trash and remnants from previous guests all over the tables and floor. Bubble tea is a complete joke and made incorrectly. So many better options for coffee in Summerville and Charleston.
