The best cup of coffee in Rock Hill. Roasted fresh in the same room where you get your coffee. Staff is highly personable, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable (no pun intended!). If you ever get a chance to do the immersion experience, don't pass. On top of all of this, they are devoted to being a strong part of Rock Hill's development. Can't wait to see the expansion coming later in 2019.

Knowledge Perk offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and most importantly, great coffee. The coffee prices are reasonable, and there is merchandise available. Both, bags and K-cups, are available for purchase.

This place is an excellent choice for your morning brew before work or school.

The employees are always super kind and provide an amazing experience! I’m not too experienced in the world of coffee and they kindly suggested great drinks to try! Definitely my favorite coffee shop.

The customer service was decent and the person who served me was very friendly and informative, however, there were several baristas on staff while the restaurant remained visually dirty. I did not see any employees wash their hands before preparing my food and drink, which is unsanitary and a health code violation. The table I sat at while I waited for my order had a sign labeled “clean” but it was clear due to the crumbs all over the table it was in fact not clean. Normally I wouldn’t mind as much about a less than stellar table, but we are still in a pandemic so it’s a little concerning regular procedures are not being upheld along with extra cleanliness efforts to prohibit the spread of COVID-19. When I received my latte it tasted very burnt, in fact I was almost certain I had been given decaf instead of regular espresso (I am also a barista so I am very familiar with the difference). Either way, it was not very good and I could only stand to drink about 1/4 of the drink before tossing it out. I had high hopes it would be a great place with great coffee since it was a local company with local roasting. I’m sad to say I did not have a great or even good first impression, apart from the decor itself. I’m not sure I’ll be back...

Thank you for being open on Sundays, for having an easy-to-read menu with lovely options, and for being passionate about coffee and customer service. The gentle, upbeat music and spacious atmosphere can't be beat. It was love at first brew.

Loving this place already! It's got such a nice atmosphere although small right now. It's expanding and will definitely be a local hotspot. It's impressive the knowledge they have of coffee and the countries their beans come from. Highly recommend

Knowledge Perk is a great coffee roaster here in Rock Hill. They roast their coffee in small batches and it is fantastic!!!! Right now they have a small retail space that is open with limited hours. If you're lucky to catch them when they are open pick up some beans, or a cup of freshly roasted and brewed coffee. You won't be disappointed. Their IPO is the most popular, but they also have great Jamaican and decaf available. The decaf is a nice dark roast, so if you like the taste of good coffee without the caffeine then this is for you. It's not a light, watered down decaf, it actually has taste! Can't wait until they open their larger location.

Wonderful coffee and pastries and excellent service! Everyone was so nice and it was a great environment. They clearly care about the craft of their coffee.

Perfect little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Rock Hill! The coffee is roasted in house and honestly the best in the Charlotte area. The shop is spacious and the atmosphere is cool with a old mill vibe. Go check it out, cool hang out in the heart of Rock Hill.

Love this place. Best tasting coffee I've had out of many places I've tried in the Charlotte area. Highly recommend it. I go out of my way just to get a cup of coffee from them, love it!
