Krispy Kreme

Donuts were delicious and the HOT LIGHT WAS ON. Speaker had some issues causing orders to take longer and the line to back up.

Decent donuts, of course better when fresh and hot. This particular location gets crowded and is typically out of everything except glaze.

Always busy and always the same excellent donuts. The prices are getting pretty high though, but their line wraps around the building every time I go there so it's working.

Fresh hot donuts right off the line. Associates were very helpful and friendly.

Don’t like them now Something changed . Krispy kreme was the only donut I eat at all now they don’t taste the same. Some one told me to ask if they make in house because some only warm them up and put icing on. I just don’t eat them anymore.

I have to say we had a terrific experience eating inside theis Krispy Kreme. It was busy and the employees were so hard at work, efficient, very kind and worked so well together. They came to our table after we had sat and were eating our donuts and offered us each another free donut each. 5 of us. Let me tell ya, handsdown best customer service and atmosphere we have experienced in a long while.

By far the worst service I have ever received from a Krispy Kreme location. Employee and Management were rude and short when taking my order at the speaker and then rolled their eyes because my member exclusive offer wasn’t scanning properly, so they had to manually override it. Then I got home with the 2 dozen doughnuts that I had ordered through the drive-thru and realized they didn’t even give me the assorted dozen I had asked and paid for. They only gave me 2 original glazed dozen even though they confirmed what I had ordered at the window. I tried calling the store to speak with someone and could never get ahold of anyone or leave a message. I will never come to this location again.

I went through the drive thru last night (6/16), and part of my order was rung up wrong. I called, and spoke with Paula, and she told me to come back today (6/17). Then tell them I spoke with her, and tell them what I had ordered. I went in today, and got my doughnuts. Super nice, and no problem with getting my correct order.
