Stopped by The Groundout this morning (out of town from FL). The lady working so so kind, so helpful, & the atmosphere was so inviting. This coffee bar seems like a hidden gem around Marion, but you have to go and try their whipped coffee. It’s so good that you won’t want to drink Starbucks ever again. Highly recommend. The Christian music was an added plus.
great coffee! i usually get the twix frappe or mocha frappe, and their pastries, smoothies and cake pops are just as good! with a good array of options including different milks, this is an easy 10/10.
The most charming and comfortable coffee place I have been to! Lots of seating, kind and wholesome service and staff, and lots of flavor options. Will definitely be coming back!
The baristas are always super welcoming and really nice, we always chat while I'm deciding which drink I want and inevitably a delicious treat as well. My husband and I bring our 1 year old with us and they're very accommodating. There is an additional seating area, which has a comfy sofa and feels like a mini- living room with a long table, books and a basket of games. We love to sit on the sofa together and have a cake pop! They have awesome merchandise as well, the first time we brought the baby, I bought a sticker and the last time we went I bought a fancy candle, which I don't regret at all and a t-shirt for the baby. I share a strawberry banana smoothie with our sob and it has quickly become my new favorite drink. It's so nice to finally have a coffee shop in Marion.
Traveling through and looking for a good cup of coffee with a friendly atmosphere? This is worth the stop. We had a chai latte (almond milk), americano and a couple of baked treats. Everything was really good and the lady working was quite pleasant. You could tell someone spent a lot of time on the concept for this small town coffee shop! From the offerings to the merchandise, it was a “home run.”

I visited on April 1st. Jacob Nolan was performing outside in the courtyard. The coffee and bagel were delicious and I loved the live music.

Pretty good coffee with friendly staff. The cafe is cozy and comfortable too! The only good coffee place in Marion.
