Lucy's Traditional Southern Bakehouse

Visited for lunch with my coworker while taking a stroll downtown. We ordered the daily lunch specials and everything was delicious. We enjoyed it so much, we returned early the next morning for some baked goods. Everything is reasonably priced. This is definitely become one of my favorite go to spots in Manning.

Best little gem in town! They have the most delicious lunch options and I always enjoy seeing what baked goods are available. Chicken Tacos were phenomenal.

After a very long day in the car we came across 2 ladies enjoying some down time at a table out front of their bakery. We were looking for a dinner spot and they offered a suggestion which was very helpful. But before we left we made a quick trip inside for dessert. Opted for pecan pie squares that were delicious. Quaint and welcoming shop. And after baking all week for Easter they couldn’t have been more accommodating—it was after 5:00 and we appreciated them being so hospitable. Thank you ladies!

Best chicken salad in town! Also, the best service in town. If you are not a local, go here....Jennifer and Dawn will treat you like your a local. They will take care of you and be a friendly face in a town that is unfamiliar. Love this place so much! The hot lunches are amazing! Check out their taco Tuesday. The taco salad is so good! All of the sweets and dips are great too! Not to mention they have an awesome open house during Christmas time! They go all out!

Chicken salad 10/5 out of this world. They make a strawberry deserts great! Banana pudding amazing! Cookies to die for! Just about anything is supper good, I want to try their lunches but don’t get it in time for those but I bet they are delicious!

Wonderful family owned shop. The sweets that they make in house are honestly some of the best sweet treats my wife and I have ever had. Also there is a lot of antique items on display.

Came into town on a Saturday 3 different times, called all 3x earlier in the week to see if they’d be open - was told they would. Also put request in on line. All 3x they were closed - including today - & we just called yesterday!!!! Not good business

Had an excellent time these are the most friendly people you would ever want to meet. ❤️
