I went to this location this morning for the first time. I was very impressed. Let's just say that the customer service was amazing! Personally, the food, drinks, etc., can be horrible, BUT if the customer service is outstanding, I'd give the place another try.
I typically order frozen drinks and today was no different. My Green Tea Matcha frozen frappe was delicious! My only con was that the drink that I originally wanted to try consisted of ice cream. I was informed that due to the ice cream being frozen that it would take a while; I'd have to wait. I went through the drive-thru so I did not have time to wait today.
If I had more time, I would have waited. Their prices are no higher that the average coffee cafe/shop. I thoroughly enjoyed myself for my first here and I will definitely recommend and come back if and when I'm in the area!

I love this place! The cold brews are my favorite. The employees are always so sweet :)

Love this place so much my husband and I have switched entirely to Sweetwaters from being Starbucks regulars in the short time it's been open. We especially love the Vietnamese Au Lait and the Napali Blend shake is heaven - the old Borders bookstore that was shut down in Stonecrest used to have the best frozen mocha coffee shake I've ever had and the Napali tops it. For food we also love their pretzel melts. With any new restaurant it usually takes a while for them to fine tune their process but these guys hit the ground impressively and have always taken our order professionally, made our drinks quickly and the drinks and food are always delicious and consistent quality. So glad we have this place a stones throw away from our house - we have happily increased our coffee budget!

Awesome cafe with a wide selection of drinks and vittles. Our family enjoyed the Latte, Milkshake, Fruit Smoothie, and Thai Sweet Tea options between the 4 of us and will definitely be coming back for more! Great location for stopping for a cool drink on a hot August day.

The coffee and pastry was very tasty. The reason for the lower score was the customer service. My husband dropped his full latte, completely by accident, and they didnt offer to make him a new one. That was a bit surprising to us. We also had it all cleaned up by the time they came over to our table to "help".

I tried out the new coffee shop and found every staff member to be very friendly. My latte had good flavor but the milk was frothed way too much, mostly air. I am sure they are still learning so I will definitely give them another try.

I can see this quickly becoming my new place. I had a triple chai with soy milk and it was delicious. Exactly what I needed to relax after a rough work day. The atmosphere was great and their pastries were amazing. I can't wait to go back

I was very excited to try this new place in Indian Land. I invited my sister who was visiting from out of town. She looked at the menu online and told me she wanted an espresso macchiato. I ordered her coffee and a barista out of nowhere starts complaining about my choice and told me (using a very rude tone) that they couldn’t make that there because that was a term made up by Starbucks. What?! My sister was on the phone listening to the conversation and told me she saw it on the menu and texted a screenshot of the menu. I could tell the other two employees were mortified. The cashier said “she is right, it’s here in the cashier machine” and the barista started complaining once again about my choice and how upset he was at Starbucks for inventing such a term. I was in total shock because of the barista’s rude attitude. I told him it was on the menu and he better clarify that with someone because most likely it was going to happen again. The. the barista started complaining about working for a “franchise” and that was a “franchise” problem. I was so disappointed and mortified. I couldn’t believe I suggested this place. I ordered two espressos instead. The barista made them for me. And took one of them back. I stood there waiting for my other espresso and the nice employee from the drive through gave it back to me.
I wanted to support this new place but unfortunately I won’t. I can’t deal with rude employees who don’t know anything about coffee.

I just wanted write a review to let everyone now how grateful I am for Josh Jones, the GM at Redstone. He went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful for him. Our sweet friends are going through a very difficult time right now, so I wanted to send them some love. With us living in PA, it was hard to know of local bakeries in the area. Upon searching I found Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea. I called the store to get an idea of some of their most popular items. Josh gave me a list of some great ideas and stated that Grubhub was the delivery service that they currently use. He told me to take a look at the website and if there were items I wanted that weren't on there to give him a call back. I wanted to get them a bag of coffee to go along with their breakfast sandwiches, pastries, treats etc, but this item was not offered on Grubhub. I called back and spoke with Josh again and he stated that he would gladly help me out and could personally deliver the items to them. I could not believe it. I was shocked. He truly went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful for him. He truly did not need to do that! He needs to be recognized.

Overall great place, good coffee, tea and treats...and very courteous customer service. However, the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to seeing an employee the other night not take thier job seriously enough when it came to closing up and washing the floors properly. In all honesty, my preteen child actually does a better job of cleaning floors. Everyone else at closing, on the nights I've been here, does a superb job of keeping everything clean and really washing the floors. This person just barely wrung the mop out and dangled the tips of the mop head on specific areas of the floor and called it. Didn't even sweep prior. Call me meticulously crazy, but we live in a time where illness easily runs more rampant than we can blink an eye at. We need to be mindful of cleanliness everywhere we go from washing our hands constantly (which these employees do well...I watch this stuff. I used to work in the food industry.) to making sure floors are well cleaned. Daily, and sometimes more than once in the event of good spills. All this is to generally say that the overall experience at Sweetwater's is great. I just had a little issue with one employee just not owning thier part in the job they were hired to do, and it showed. Customers do notice...this one did.
