Absolutely wonderful cafe. My wife and daughter were so happy to find this. Gluten intolerance is not fun, so needless to say, this cafe was so much fun for them.

We ordered lemon bars, red velvet & carrot cupcakes. The coffee and cappuccino were also great. The staff behind the counter was courteous and helpful with the selections.

This is overall a great bakery and cafe. Even if you aren’t gluten intolerant or living gluten free you should stop here, it is great place.

I met the owner Nicole and had my order take by Haley, both had very kind and welcoming demeanors. Made me feel very welcomed even though I came in close to closing time! Coffee was great and the banana chocolate chip banana bread is a new favorite of mine! Will be coming back soon!

I had high hopes for this place because it’s really cute but the dairy free cupcake I had was the worst— by far— dairy free cupcake I’ve ever had. It was so bad. My three year old didn’t like it so I tried the cupcake and I actually spit it out because it was so bad. I don’t know who makes the recipes but that vegan dairy free vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting has got to go. It’s inedible. We threw it away. It tasted almost like fish. That had no vanilla flavor at all. I don’t know if mine was expired or something. The service and coffee was otherwise good and friendly but that cupcake was just foul.

Great spot with delicious gluten free goodies! Had a breakfast sandwich and took home a cinnamon roll, key lime tart, lemon bar, and slice of cheesecake. All were simply delectable. The staff was very friendly in helping us make our choices. Must visit spot for anyone, gluten free or not!

I’ve never had a gluten free cinnamon roll until NOW! These were perfect, full of cinnamon sugar, frosting, and love! I’m so glad I discovered this place! I will come back every year I come to HHI!

BEWARE The staff is NOT properly trained to identify gluten free items. We were excited to find a gluten free bakery in Hilton Head! We went in to get a gluten free bagel, we assumed that a GLUTEN FREE BAKERY would only sell gluten free. This is not the case, they also sell regular bakery items!! We ordered a gluten free bagel, I had a conversation with the cashier about whether it was a going to be soft and good since it was gluten free and he assured me it would be and it would be very good. We got the bagel, ate it, it was very good! We enjoyed it so much that we went in to order another and that's when someone from the kitchen came out to tell me they were out of gluten free bagels and what I had received was a wheat bagel!!!! Imagine my horror to find out I had just enjoyed a wheat bagel from a gluten free bakery!! We were so disappointed and angry. Thank goodness I'm not celiac, but gluten sensitive and suffered only digestive issues, but what if I had been celiac??!! After complaining to the owner's husband, the only thing they could say was "well, sorry, everyone makes mistakes, we're only human". REALLY? They didn't even offer a refund, or seem to understand the importance of the matter. People seek out a gluten free bakery for a reason. Staff should be thoroughly trained in the importance of what they are selling, and it's beyond me why a gluten free bakery even sells items with gluten to begin with!! Very disappointing. Be certain you know what you are getting if you choose to visit!

What a true delight to find an entirely gluten free menu for breakfast, lunch, and every dessert you could possibly imagine! Owned and operated by an informed and caring family who know celiac and food sensitivity well. We ate all our meals here one day because I was just in heaven!

This was a wonderful find for my family while visiting on vacation. A family owned bakery with dozens of gluten free options as well as some gluten-containing options for those who do eat gluten. The staff were incredible & the cinnamon rolls were even better.

Friendly staff, a wide variety of confections, and amazing service. Everything there is gluten free so it's nice to have a full case of goodies to choose from without having to ask what GF options they have. Be aware that prices can be a bit high on some things (a 9" pecan pie was $60!). But on the smaller items (tarts, brookies, lemon bars, etc) they were more what you would expect from a boutique bakery. If you are gluten-free and wanting a sweet treat then I highly recommend stopping by.

Has management or ownership changed recently? What was once one of very few east coast gluten free oases has become sub-par from what it once was. There use to be tons of dairy free and vegan options which have since dwindled down. The store was once completely gluten free, and gluten breads are offered on sandwiches, which takes away from the feeling of safety of a gluten-free restaurant and not being glutened. In addition the coffee (when I ordered a tea) tastes like hospital coffee.
