I really wish I asked how to spell this young woman's name (Kai, Chi) but regardless she was so incredibly helpful. Coming from a restaurant background she was someone I would definitely hire for host/cashier/to go or even just a greeter. She was knowledgeable and bright. Also pleasant and well informed. I have to mention that the donuts themselves are delicious. They have their own flavor and the wide variety is a plus. I am very happy with this experience.

It's nice to have a real donut shop in town where everything is made fresh in the morning. The coffee so far has been pretty strong though. Maybe that's how they like it in Texas? (So strong I had to shave twice to keep my face in regs.)

Amazing donuts! Being from California it’s hard to find a good cake donut in the South! This place has delicious cake donuts! The beautiful young lady who helped my husband and I was very kind and gracious! I wish I knew her name- to the boss of this establishment: if you are reading this, she’s blonde and was working Sunday 1/29 at around 4pm. She is amazing and deserves a raise ;)

My husband and I both got Shipley’s as kids back home in Arkansas. When I heard that we were getting one in SC I knew we’d have to check it out. I got up at 5am to drive 55minutes one way to Greenwood to surprise my husband for his birthday this morning and it was so worth it! The drive was long but they did not disappoint. Different location but the same great taste we remembered. I barely made it to work on time this morning but again I say, WORTH IT! I was greeted promptly and served quickly with a smile. Definitely 5 stars! The donuts were flakey and delicious, kolaches just as cheesy and amazing as I remembered them being and you can never go wrong with apple fritters. We will be back again, hopefully not before work next time.
